Today I’m taking a gander at the brand new Zovoo Dragbar BF600 disposable vapes.
2022 was a very busy and highly significant year for Zovoo. They scooped 12 prestigious vape industry awards for their disposable vape brand, the Dragbar.
They were also runners up for best disposable vape brand in our 2022 Ecigclick Awards.
Fun fact – Zovoo have currently won as many awards as they have Dragbar releases. Not bad at all, is it.
As sister brand to Voopoo, their belief is in adhering to ‘user focus’. By adopting pioneering technologies they’ve become an industry leading vape manufacturer. With interests in the US, European, Southeast Asian and UK marketplaces.
We’ve already looked at the ergonomic Dragbar 600 and party favourite Dragbar 600S.
Zovoo show no signs of stopping with their latest release, the Dragbar BF600.
So let’s give it the once over, shall we?
What Can We Expect From the Zovoo Dragbar BF600 Disposable Vapes?
Appearance
Take a look at the piccy below.
Although the form factor is far from new, the BF600 has got to be one of the most dinkiest disposables currently on the market. I mean – can they really get any smaller!?
There’s no weight to the Dragbar BF600. Although it has a glossy mouthpiece and base, the main body has a reassuringly grippy texture when held in the hand.
And it’s perfectly contoured in all the right places to provide additional comfort. You won’t be noticing this when placed in a trouser or shirt pocket, put it that way.
Compact and slim, the Dragbar BF600 is a stealth vapers dream come true.
.. I’m putting my hand up! lol
It comes inside a carton, lovingly protected by a plastic sealing bag to retain flavour freshness and Zovoo have thoughtfully provided an instruction/safety leaflet too.
Not to suggest you’re unfamiliar with disposables for one minute but if you’re new to this range, don’t forget to remove the sticker on the base. Otherwise you won’t be getting one vape let alone 600..
Features
Expect anything up to 600 puffs thanks to the built in 500mAh battery. All flavours contain a TPD compliant 20mg (2%) level of salt nicotine, ideal for the newer vaper coming off the cigs.
Salt nicotine provides a smooth hit and gets delivered into the bloodstream very rapidly. Those cravings will instantly be crushed – If you’re anything like me, especially handy first thing in the morning!
2ml of flavoured E-liquid is included. If you’re a casual vaper, the Dragbar BF600 is likely to last for up to 2 days. Again, if you’re anything like me – half a day!
Here comes the techy stuff.
The disposable uses an upgraded 1.3ohm mesh coil. Ideal for MTL (Mouth To Lung) vaping.
It’s been designed to revolutionise how we perceive traditional disposables. That’s because Zovoo assures us of an increase in flavour consistency of up to 500%, a 45% improvement to flavour reproduction and a puff count boost of 30%.
It all sounds very official, doesn’t it. White lab jackets, glasses and computer screens spring to mind. The proof is in the performance so I won’t be needing any of the above!
The Dragbar BF600 is available in 15 flavours ranging from fruit, tobacco and candy style vapes. Each one is colour coded to reflect the flavour inside. Nice touch, Zovoo.

OK then. Let’s get down to the nitty gritty. What is the Zovoo Dragbar BF600 like for flavour, consistency, vapour production, MTL draw, battery performance and number of puffs?
As for flavour – well that’s going to come down to my own interpretation. Use my thoughts as a rough guide. As for the rest? Take that to the bank.
I couldn’t glean any flavour descriptions from t’internet so I’m going in naked. Well not really naked. Blindfolded sounds much better..
Rainbow Blast
I Say:
This is quite a delightful concoction of fruity, sweet type flavours. I’m sure I can pick out some back notes of Bubblegum too.
There’s definitely a mixture of Orange, maybe a touch of Lime and just a hint of Lemon. All of which is experienced by this most flavoursome of exhales.
I think running through the centre there’s an underlying theme of Strawberry but to be honest it’s rather faint. Very much subdued by everything else this vape has to offer.
It’s sweet enough without being too obtrusive to the taste buds as well.
A very different experience, it has to be said. Almost like chewing down on various flavoured Opal Fruits / Starburst at the same time.
Rainbow Blast is a vape that could do without the addition of Koolada, but of course you may disagree.
Cherry Cola
I Say:
I get a strong aroma of Cola when removing the silicone mouthpiece. I can almost smell the sweetness, if that makes any sense.
Indeed Cherry Cola ramps up sweetener to the max and is noticeable from the very first inhale. It’s far too much for me to personally handle – were this a candy, my teeth would be rotting within days!
But underneath this excess lies a smooth exhale and the Cola isn’t too bad at all. In fact it’s quite refreshing.
However, I’d think again if you were expecting the perfect blending with Cherry because it’s just too distant to be of value here.
At least it’s not missing the icing – or should I say ice. The cooling aspect of the vape is spot on to deliver a refreshing enough drinks inspired flavour profile.
So to summarise, think Cola and Ice. There’s very little Cherry to get excited about.
Blueberry Raspberry
I Say:
Oh dear – this one doesn’t translate the way I was hoping.
There’s nothing predominantly wrong with the flavour output but I was expecting it to be more intense than it actually is.
The Raspberries are quite sweet tasting and the Blueberries do provide a tangy edge to the exhale. It just seems to be lacking that certain sparkle, clearly present in others tested.
Flat tasting would be a way of describing it and the addition of an icy cold inhale does little to liven up this mix.
In fact the Koolada is actually unbalanced, in my opinion as a direct consequence.
The aftertaste isn’t all that inspiring either, but remember these are my taste buds we’re referring to. It may not be an issue for you, should you decide to partake.
Maybe it’s the tart like qualities I’m missing but Blueberry Raspberry isn’t a vape I think I’d come back to time and again.
Vanilla Cream Tobacco
I Say:
Not bad. There’s no mention in the flavour description about nutty tones but they are in there.
Don’t be fooled into thinking this is an accurate portrayal of a Tobacco based vape because it clearly isn’t. And never will be – all the time Koolada is continuously added.
The chill to the throat, the searing quality felt on the tonsils don’t exactly belong and most certainly dilute the main ingredients.
So the flavour notes are a mix between an exotic tasting cigar and high quality hand rolled Tobacco. Except they’re extremely tamed in this version. Vanilla notes definitely fall flat with me and there’s little in the way of a creamy texture.
Of course we get the obligatory woody back notes and associated dryness but never the sweetness of the leaf.
And I think that’s what I miss from Vanilla Cream Tobacco. Admittedly this is an alternative take but it’s one that would’ve succeeded more without the cooling agent.
Pink Lemonade
I Say:
What came first. The Strawberry or the Lemonade? That’s a difficult question to answer because the two have been so finely blended.
After hoovering up the sweeter elements of the vape during inhale, I’m treated to a veritable flavour fest on the way out. And it never lets up. The consistency is there from start to finish.
The exhale is a silky smooth affair too which adds further to the enjoyment. I’m so hard pressed in deciding which is more dominant.
The two work so well together it almost seems a futile observation but it might just be the bitterness behind that Lemon.
It’s a show stopper and really does help to up the ante on flavour replication.
So sweetness on the inhale, flavour blending on the exhale and a tangy after taste to delight the palate.
Zovoo have dotted all the ‘i’s’ and crossed all the ‘t’s’ with their version of Pink Lemonade and I for one, am smitten with it.
Triple Melon
I Say:
Nice flavour, shame about the dryness.
Triple Melon could also maybe have done with a touch more sweetener. I’m never happy, Am I? lol
Yet Zovoo have done a fine job with their rendition of Melon. It’s not the traditional, oily and synthetic version oft residing in disposable format. This one comes across as more subdued but without loss to flavour quality.
In other words it’s consistent across the whole of the exhale. As that exhale develops some bitterness is released which is highly satisfying considering the constraints of this humble MTL coil.
The secret must lay with that updated mesh coil, demonstrating its enhanced qualities.
So yeah, a tad on the dry side but the musky, earthy properties of melon are in abundance.
I’ve tasted far worse Melon vapes in disposable form and the icy cold blast of Triple Melon keeps things chugging along nicely so fair play, Zovoo.
Dragbull Ice
I Say:
No guesses as to what this one’s supposed to be. Think Red Bull but in a more concentrated form.
I don’t know about you but I think there’s plenty ’nuff flavour in the actual drink itself. So why disposable manufacturers insist on enhancing it further – I’ll never know.
It tends to be the Liquorice part of the ingredients that get targeted. There’s also a little too much sweetener but that’s just a personal belief.
The citrus notes are scorching hot and the tanginess goes through the roof. To exaggerate things further, the icy cold blast of the inhale becomes intense and stingy all too soon.
At the end of the day, I guess this is the inherent nature of the beast with disposables but Dragbull elevates flavour to a level beyond my taste bud’s limits, I’m afraid.
Having said all this if you’re a fan of the popular energy drink by all means give it a look. It might be right up your vape street.
Green Apple Ice
I Say:
As green as a green Apple gets! It’s sweet, it’s juicy and it’s tasty.
A lot of that sweetness gets drawn up during the inhale and disperses nice and evenly on the way out to provide a very pleasant boost to the crunchy fruit.
Green Apple Ice is a highly concentrated affair but that only adds to the acidic feeling lining the mouth after biting down onto a ripe Granny Smiths.
I’d even go as far as saying it’s a mouth watering vape. If I’m honest, this has always been my favourite type of Apple and Zovoo have done a fine job of replicating the experience in a disposable.
Tart when it needs to be, aromatic when vaped through the ‘ole nostrils.
This is one occasion where the Ice actually helps to bolster what is already a flavoursome and moreish vape treat.
.. Can you tell I like this one?
Battery Performance and Number of Puffs
I got 6 hours continuous use from the Zovoo Dragbar BF600. That’s pretty much what I expected. The majority of the time I was RDL (Restricted Direct Lung) vaping. Not necessarily how these disposables should be used but if I can get away with it, that’s how I roll.
Longer direct lung pulls have an impact on the puff count as opposed to shorter MTL hits. I averaged around 450 puffs so if Zovoo’s suggestion is to MTL Vape then I’d suggest 600 to be quite realistic.
What I can be accurate about is battery performance. It’s flawless. Each vape was as flavoursome and consistent as the last. That was the case right up till the end when the tiny Blue LED on the base flashed 10 times.
I reckon the device will last the average vaper at least a day, maybe day and a half.
Final Review Verdict
Two words best describe the Zovoo Dragbar BF600 disposables. Flavour consistency.
You’ll get that every time. From the moment you crack them open to the very last vape. There’s no sudden wetness or dryness if left for short periods – trust me – I have noticed that with other disposables on occasion.
Neither will you need to worry about impending dry hits as the battery fails. It just doesn’t happen. That comes down to a combination of coil resistance and battery performance.
The upgraded mesh coil seems to deliver the goods, unwaveringly. So no complaints from moi!
Vapour production is as the design. Suitably stealth like and if you’re anything like me, the temptation to vape in places you really shouldn’t can be too strong lol
If anything cloud production is more akin to a thin rolled up cigarette, especially if MTL vaping is your thang.
Airflow – I did find that to be a bit ‘spongy’ in terms of a MTL vape.
I’m not quite sure why that was but there seems to be a slight bottleneck while inhaling. Nothing major but enough for me to revert to my usual RDL style of vaping. The Dragbar BF600 is very forgiving in that respect.
So to summarise, some of the flavours didn’t particularly float my boat but in terms of performance the Zovoo Dragbar BF600 goes from strength to strength.
Long may that continue.
