I was intrigued after discovering the Zovoo DragBar 600 Disposable E-cigarettes were in for review. Thoughts of the GeekBar by Geekvape instantly sprang to mind.
So it’s really no surprise to learn the DragBar is the brainchild of yet another manufacturing heavy weight…Voopoo.
Zovoo are the team assigned to deliver the goods.
Zovoo are a force in their own right. Their founding team has 10 years of proven experience in the field of heating materials and air channel structure design.
Ultimately they adhere to five criteria for great flavour. Cloud volume, airflow resistance, temperature, sensitivity and stability.
I reckon we can take a closer look at this criteria with the Zovoo DragBar 600 review.
What Can We Expect From the Zovoo DragBar 600 Disposable E-Cigarette?
Shenzhen based Zovoo are dedicated to the production of disposable E-cigs. There’s nothing additional within their portfolio and there doesn’t need to be.
Their DragBar range allows the user anything between 600 – 4000 puffs, 2 – 11ml juice capacity and a battery capacity of between 400 – 630mAh.
Our humble DragBar 600 may be at the bottom of the specs list but it is TPD compliant and should be as flavoursome as it’s more powerful relatives.
All come pre-loaded with 20mg nic salt with 10 flavours to choose from. Peach Ice, OMG, Mango Ice, Tobacco, Green Apple Ice, Strawberry Ice, Lush Ice, Grape Ice, Menthol and Banana Ice.
Each one is colour coded to represent the flavour inside.
I’ve been sent three flavours in the range to test. How do they fare?

Zovoo DragBar 600 – Lush Ice
Zovoo Says:
“A mouth watering flavour of juicy watermelon and a cold twist of ice menthol”.
I Say:
A sharp icy blast caught the rear of the throat during inhale, throwing me off guard for the first few vapes. It didn’t take long to acclimatise thanks to significant levels of sweetness following it on the way out.
The watermelon is richer in tone than others I’ve tasted in disposable form. The flavour is more condensed and concentrated. This helps to make it a little different. I’ve tried the Jubilee variety of watermelon and it’s similar in taste.
It has an earthy quality with just a touch of sourness attached.
However, it’s easy to get hung up by the extreme level of sweetness. It sits on the tongue together with an unwanted wet taste that refuses to budge.
Personally I would have preferred less sweetness and more watermelon because the fruit content is extremely flavoursome and quite realistic.
Zovoo DragBar 600 – Mango Ice
Zovoo Says:
“The exotic flavour of mango combined with a cooling ice menthol edge”.
I Say:
There it is again! Another super sweet vape. The cooling blast on the inhale helps to lift the fruit which is very tangy and bright.
As with Lush Ice the fruit remains at the heart of the vape.
It could and should have been milder tasting but the sweetness of the mango feels overloaded and isn’t necessary, in my opinion.
It still retains a refreshing appeal and it’s certainly a succulent vape but unfortunately the sweetness sticks in and around the chops far too long.
If sweetness is your weakness and you like the fruit, Mango Ice may be one to take away on your Summer holiday.
..I’ll probably just take a deck chair instead.
Zovoo DragBar 600 – Peach Ice
Zovoo Says:
“Containing the unmistakable flavour of ripe peach combined with ice cool menthol”.
I Say:
Peach Ice definitely has its fair share of floral notes. There’s still an abundance of sweetener here but thankfully doesn’t seem to be jostling for attention above the fruit.
In turn this creates a much more balanced flavour. I was expecting Peach Ice to be generic tasting. I’ve been pleasantly surprised! That’s not to say it wins any award for complexities.
It just tastes very good.
It lacks the acidity associated with peach yet still comes across as ripe and juicy. Bitter qualities are absent but a few sour back notes float around during the exhale.
Does the cooling inhale contribute? Pah! I think it could’ve been toned down but once again it’s likely to appeal if you’re into icy cold vapes.
What it comes down to is the end product, the flavour description. It certainly lives up to that.
That’s why Peach Ice takes top place. Combined with an authentic tasting fruit it does what it says on the juice bottle.
Zovoo DragBar 600 – Final Review Verdict
Flavour
Let me cut to the chase. I feel too much sweetener has been applied to these vapes. With three inherently sweet fruits, why the need to add more?
All three of them work well with the cooling agent.
Coolada in whatever form does have the ability to harmonise and add extra appeal to single flavour recipes but there still need to be limitations.
I’m not one for a biting cold blast that constantly grips my throat or refuses to budge for minutes at a time.
The bigger picture will tell a different story. I’ve mentioned it a few times. I class these three as seasonal vapes – designed for those long, hot Summer days.
They all have the word ‘ice’ in the title and that’s exactly what you’ll get.
There’s inevitably going to be a big fan base for the DragBar disposables.
Performance
The disposables were faultless. Every vape was as flavoursome and consistent as the last. Each DragBar lasted for around eight hours before flavour and vapour production suffered.
Shortly after, the four blue LEDs mounted on the base flashed five times and the disposable ceased working.
Auto draw is super sensitive. I never witnessed a false pull and vapour production was never intrusive to others. In fact I never drew attention even when standing in a group.
The moulded mouthpiece is very ergonomically designed and feels second nature when vaping.
The disposables provide a comfortable mouth to lung experience. The inhale is very smooth and quiet – as to be expected from a low powered device.
Usually if a MTL vape is too loose I revert to a restrictive lung hit. I never felt the need so airflow restriction was good.
They weigh very little making them ideal for slipping into a shirt pocket. They’re also very easy to conceal in the hand for that discretional vape or four.
The Zovoo DragBar scores a straight ten for functionality and reliability.
