The World Vape Show Meet the Buyer UK event is scheduled to be held in Birmingham UK on the 8th May 2024!
The “Meet The Buyer” series of events are (as the name suggests) a platform for buyers and suppliers to meet, network and show what they have to offer to the vaping industry.
Behind the event is the World Vape Show team who first held their show in 2021 in the UAE. The team then began looking into a B2B (Business to Business) event to connect those who want to do business!

The Meet The Buyer UK event will be open from 9am on the 8th May. The schedule is as follows…
- 9:30am-10:30 am: Registration and Tea/Coffee
- 10.30am – 1:00pm: 121 meetings
- 1.00pm-2.00pm: Lunch
- 2.00pm-4.10pm: 121 meetings
- 4:10pm-4:30pm: Q&A John Dunne UKVIA on regulation
- 4.30pm-5.00pm: Refreshment break
- 5.00pm-6.00pm: 121 meetings (evening session)
- 6.00pm-7.00pm: Check in to room at the Eastside Rooms (confirmation of room needed on the Delegate Select System)
- 7.00pm-7.45pm: Networking drinks
- 7.45pm: Three course gala dinner with entertainment and further networking drinks
