The World Vape Show Europe Meet the Buyer Warsaw event is scheduled to be held in Warsaw, Poland on the 16th April 2024!
The “Meet The Buyer” series of events are (as the name suggests) a platform for buyers and suppliers to meet, network and show what they have to offer to the vaping industry.
Behind the event is the World Vape Show team who first held their show in 2021 in the UAE. The team then began looking into a B2B (Business to Business) event to connect those who want to do business!

Why Attend?
Since its inception in September 2021, the World Vape Show has quickly established itself as one of the world’s largest B2B vape events. The Meet the Buyer segment, an intimate hosted buyer event designed for up to 100 delegates, first made its successful debut in the UK in 2023, followed by an expansion to the Philippines in February 2024. We are excited that the next iteration of Meet the Buyer will be our European Show at The Westin, Warsaw, on April 16th, 2024.

Event Details
The event will be open from 9am on the 16th April. The schedule is as follows…
- 9.00am Arrive
- 9.00am-10.00am Tea/Coffee (Welcome speeches)
- 10.00am -12:30 pre-arranged 1-2-1 meetings
- 12.30pm-2.00pm Lunch
- 2.00PM-3.30PM pre-arranged 1-2-1 meetings
- Afternoon breakout sessions*
- 5.00pm-6.30pm: Check-in to the Westin
- 6.30pm-7.30pm: Networking drinks
- 7.30pm: Three course gala dinner with entertainment and further networking drinks
