The Vaporbucks Podyssey Kit really caught my eye!
I am personally not at all familiar with the company Vaporbucks – but looking on their website they were founded in 2019 and produce pod kits and disposable vapes.
What To Expect From The Vaporbucks Podyssey Kit…
I really love the styling of this – it has been inspired by Lego.
The mod has a 900mAh internal battery which you charge via the USB Type C port at up to 1A.
A breathing LED is provided to display the device status and the output is stated as 13W max.
The pod is held in the device magnetically and the firing is automatic when you inhale on the mouthpiece so all sounds pretty simple!
To make things even more simple the pod is refillable but disposable. So when the coil performance has deteriorated – which always happens over time – you do not need to mess about changing coils – just dispose of the pod and replace with a new one.
Inside the pod is a 0.8ohm mesh coil and a clever little hidden chamber below the coil. This is to make sure that the coil still has sufficient e-liquid when the pod looks empty. Like a “reserve tank”.
A top fill port is provided and it will hold up to 3ml of your own e-liquid.
You can replace the drip tip which is available separately but these do not appear to be a standard fitment.
There are 4 colour options to choose from at the moment : Yellow, Blue, White, Black. There looks to be Orange, Green and Transparent versions coming soon.
