The Vandy Vape Rath RDA is the latest release from a very busy company!
It seems hardly a week goes by without a new release from Vandy Vape – recent devices include the Requiem BF Kit, Requiem RDA and Jackaroo Pod kit.
What To Expect From The Vandy Vape Rath RDA?
The main difference in the Rath compared to similar RDA’s is the clamping method.
The deck has 2 slots which are adjustable. Turning the adjustment screw moves the ceramic electrode clamps to secure the coil legs.
You can use a single or dual coil build on here and the slots should accommodate some chunky wires.
Another feature is the deep juice well and the ability to use with a Squonk mod due to the hollow bottom feed 510 pin. It is not mentioned if a solid 510 pin is included for use simply as a dripper?
The airflow inlets are located on the side of the barrel and are in a honeycomb configuration.
By rotating the barrel you can open / close as many of the inlets as you wish.
The airflow comes through the inlets and feeds to the side and underside of the coils.
A strange feature which I am not sure I like is the drip tip. This doesn’t appear to have a standard fitting, it has a screw on sleeve type arrangement which obviously restricts which drip tip you can use on this RDA.
There are 4 colours to choose from: Matte Black, Gun Metal, Stainless Steel and Rainbow.
