The Vandy Vape Gaur-18 Mod is an update to the popular Gaur-21 mod.
Vandy Vape are one of the larger brand names and have provided some excellent vape gear including the Berserker range, Kylin range and the Pulse range.
What Is New For The Vandy Vape Gaur-18 Mod…
The name Gaur might look familiar as the Gaur-21 was released in 2021 which used either 21700 or 18650 batteries.
However the Gaur-18 uses only dual 18650 batteries – I assume this is to create a smaller and more lightweight version?
As with the original Gaur the batteries are accessed by a slide off cover, much preferable to some battery access designs.
The output is specified as 5-200W and you have Variable Wattage, Variable Voltage, Bypass and Temperature Control user modes.
Controlling all this is the upgraded Vandy Chip.
The chip is also waterproof so you can even clean your mod under the tap!
A USB Type C port is installed but the charge rate is not specified.
You get a 0.96in TFT colour screen to view all of your vaping data and the top of the mod has a standard 510 connection.
There are 5 colours to choose from: Blue Art, Black Gold, Red Art, Red Wood Grain and Carbon Fibre Black.
