Sooo disposable tanks are now a thing huh! Meet the Teslacigs ONE Disposable Sub Ohm Tank.
Yep I am instantly hit with the image of David Attenborough stood next to a polar bear with a coil in its ear. Not exactly that environmentally friendly huh?
Recently VZone released the Preco Disposable tank with a mesh coil head – and from what I have seen these have been well received and selling lots.
So it looks like disposable tanks are now mainstream – we also have one being released from Blitz Enterprises soon as well.
The reasons I believe that these are popular could be a few things…
- They are sold in packs and are actually cheaper in some cases than a pack of coils for a normal sub ohm tank.
- No mess to deal with in coil changes
- Cheaper to start with – not having to buy a tank and then coil heads.
I can see the appeal. In a way…
The ONE disposable tank has a 3ml liquid capacity and it is refilled from the top.
There is a 0.2ohm coil installed in the tank and is not removable – so when the coil has had it you throw the tank away. Hopefully this may be recyclable – I have heard rumours the Preco tank is.
It is made from a lightweight food grade plastic – so if you break it – it’s not much of an issue and might be handy for taking on trips etc.
The ONE Tank is available in packs of three or with the Falcons mod kit.
There are 6 colours to choose from – Blue, Orange, Purple, Red, Black and White.
Kit Includes
- Teslacigs ONE Disposable Sub Ohm Tank x 3

So yeah I am not sure what to make of this trend. I can see the appeal – it’s like a pod version of a sub ohm tank.
