The Snowwolf A-Feng Pod Kit is a new pod mod with a replaceable battery. This is the second kit I have seen with this option – the other being the Mechlyfe Ratel Pod Kit.
So as stated above this device is powered using a single 18650 battery which is not included in the kit.
The battery compartment is accessed via the side magnetic cover.
The device will output between 16 and 22W and according to Snowwolf the IFV Smart Chip will control the output automatically. It seems that the power will adjust according to how long the fire button is held down – higher output in the first few seconds and then dropping down.
There is also a type C USB charging port and LED battery indicator.
The pod is the e-liquid container and where the coil lives and you will be pleased to hear you can replace the coil on this device.
There appears to be only one coil option available at present a 0.6ohm mesh with organic cotton wicking. This is also compatible with the Snowwolf Wocket Kit.
On the base of the coil is an airflow ring which you can use to adjust the airflow to your preference.
To access the filling port on the side of the pod you can remove the side panel and rubber cap.

Amazing vape really good flavour also coils have a good lifespan. Why is the charging port underneath the bottom of the pod? Any leaks will end up in the charging port and it is only a matter of time until it refuses to charge whilst killing all my USB c leads one of which my phone didn’t like when tried charging with it obviously with some oil residue on it. Definitely the best vape I’ve had but bad design and I have binned two of them after a month.
I have been using my a-Feng snowwolf for a few weeks as it was on sale for £15 and have fallen in love. it isn’t the fanciest but its the hardy day to day vape that is sturdy and very portable due to size. perfect for a starter kit. just need to buy a battery.
