Time for another member of the prolific Nord family – the Smok Nord GT!
The Nord family have included some easy to use basic starter kits such as the original Nord and Nord 2, but have also embraced some advanced technology in the Nord 50W, Nord 5 and Nord C.
What To Expect From The Smok Nord GT…
The Smok Nord GT is in the more advanced pod kit category – with replaceable coils and plenty of adjustments to play with!
This has an internal 2500mAh battery which is a large capacity for a pod kit and USB Type C charging at a 1.7A charge rate should mean it is back up and running quickly.
The output is specified as 5-80W – but you can adjust the wattage to suit the coil you have installed.
All of your user data is displayed on the side mounted 0.69in OLED screen and fire and adjustment buttons allow you to make alterations.
On the rear of the mod is the stepless airflow inlet control slider to tailor the incoming airflow to suit your own vaping style.
This uses removable and refillable pods. A side mounted fill port will allow you to add up to 5ml of your own e-liquid. Sadly for us poor buggers in TPD regulated areas this capacity will be restricted to 2ml.
The pod is compatible with the existing RPM3 range of coils which are also used in the RPM5 and RPM5 Pro kits.
There are 2 coil resistances to choose from – 0.15ohm and 0.23ohm Meshed and both are included in the kit.
Plus you can choose from 2 device finishes – the Leather coated series or the Regular series with intricate IML patterns.
There are 7 colours to choose from in the Leather series: Matte Black, White, Cyan, Black Gunmetal, Pale Pink, Blue Gradient and Purple Gradient.
Plus there are 5 colours to choose from in the Regular series: Red Black, Cyan Black, Silver Black, Silver Carbon Fibre and Black Carbon Fibre.
