We’ve got some sunny vibes in today’s review with a look at the Seriously Tropical range of E-Liquids!
Seriously E-liquids are manufactured by UK vaping giants Doozy Vape Co. They were established in 2015 and are responsible for various different award-winning e-liquid ranges. Featuring flavours that appeal to every vaper’s tastes, including fruits, ice, menthol, dessert, candy, cocktails and tobacco.
Doozy Vape Co e-liquids are now available across six different continents, with 47 employees spread globally and 37 different vaping expos that they have presented at. They have definitely become one of the most distinctive vaping brands with their vast portfolio!
Over here on Ecigclick, this definitely isn’t our first dance with Seriously E-Liquids. We’ve previously reviewed the Seriously Bar Salts, Seriously Salty / Fuzionz, Seriously Soda as well as the Nixer x Seriously Long-fill collaboration most recently!
What Can We Expect From The Seriously Tropical E-Liquid Range?
Seriously is one of the most successful and most recognisable e-liquid lines from Doozy Vape Co. Seriously Tropical is the ninth edition to the Seriously brand name, featuring a range of six different mouthwatering tropical blends!
These deliver exotic fruit mixes to create some unique flavour combinations with a tropical twist to them. They are definitely designed for those that love a fruity vape that has a summery vibe!
This range comes in 2 versions…
Firstly there are 10ml nicotine salt versions available in 5mg, 10mg, or 20mg. Ideal for use in pod systems as these deliver quick nicotine craving satisfaction without the strong throat hit.
If you prefer to use sub-ohm setups for kicking out some clouds, then 100ml short-fill versions are also available, which have space for nicotine shots.
The two different versions also have a different VG/PG ratio…
- The 10ml nicotine salt versions are blended to a 50/50 VG/PG ratio.
- The shortfills are available as a 70/30 blend.
Before I start this review off, I must mention that as with any e-liquid, taste is subjective. In my review I will write up my own thoughts on my experiences with each e-liquid.
Your experience may differ, as people have differing palates, preferences on taste and different vaping setups, which can offer a totally different flavour experience.

Mango Banana
They say
Lush slices of Succulent Mango with Sweet Creamy Banana.
We say
Now this smelt really strongly of mango when I opened the bottle up, so I was expecting mango to be a pretty dominant flavour.
And I was correct, as the mango flavouring definitely takes centre stage in this blend!
I felt that the mango was much like mango juice, it is very sweet and there’s a lot of mango flavouring delivered to my palate.
The banana is more of a background note and delivers a creamy texture that blends in well with the strong and sweet mango flavouring. I also could pick up on the banana more with the aftertaste too!
Guava Kiwi Ice
They say
A Delicious Mix of Tangy Sour Kiwi and Slices of Sweet Guava Infused with Ice.
We say
Most commonly, you’ll find these two flavours paired together as part of a Kiwi Passionfruit Guava bar salt or disposable blend, which has become one of the most popular flavours on the market!
It’s actually quite nice to have the opportunity to try these out separately. A lot of the time I feel that the kiwi gets lost amongst the more dominant passionfruit and guava flavours.
With this blend, the kiwi is definitely more noticeable. It brings very tangy and sour notes that contrast well with the exotic sweet guava flavouring.
I get the kiwi fruit flavouring first before the guava comes in and leaves me with a very sweet mouth feel. This one got more enjoyable the more that I vaped on it!
Watermelon Apple Ice
They say
Crisp Green Apples Drenched in Fresh Watermelon Juice with an Icy edge.
We say
I agree with the description here, where ‘Watermelon Juice’ is mentioned, as the watermelon element did remind me of a juice.
However, I did feel that the level of flavouring was far too strong and had a bit of a sharp edge to it as well, rather than it being a watery, refreshing vape.
The watermelon also overpowered the apple flavouring and I could only really detect a hint of green apple in this blend. The cooling undertone that runs through this blend is quite nice and refreshing and blends in well with the two fruit flavours present.
Cherry Passion
They say
Red Juicy Cherries with a Tangy Twist of Passionfruit.
We say
Now this is an interesting blend, as it is two flavours you don’t commonly find blended together!
I actually tried this one last out of the others (not on purpose, just by chance!) and I was actually quite surprised by the subtlety of it.
The cherry flavouring was quite bold and had a bit of thickness to it, but just felt a little weaker. The passionfruit wasn’t as strong as I expected it to be either, however, there is a pretty strong note of sweetener in the mix.
Whereas the other flavours in this range are quite strong and full-on, this one is a bit more subtle and I actually would have liked a stronger flavour from it. That being said, the strong flavours present in the other blends in this range might well have dulled my tastebuds a bit!
Pineapple Citrus Ice
They say
Fresh Juicy Pineapple with a wave of Citrus topped with Crushed Ice.
We say
Well this one certainly packs a blast of flavour! It’s like all the flavourings present here have had the dials turned right up!
Firstly, I get hit with pineapple flavouring that actually impressively tastes very much like the fruit itself. This combines with a tangy citrus fruit note that brings in a real zingy vibe.
Running right the way through this is a pretty strong icy note. It drops in a palate refreshing chilly blast and compliments the pineapple and citrus notes perfectly.
This might be a bit too strong tasting for some people, as the flavouring definitely doesn’t hold back here, but I actually did enjoy puffing away on this exotic little number!
White Peach Raspberry
They say
An Exotic Fusion of Sweet Peach with a burst of Plump Raspberries.
We say
This one reminded me of a lot of the ‘old school’ peach e-liquids that I used to vape years back.
Which means I get a really sweet peach flavour with a syrupy candied taste to it. It also tasted very sugary to me as well, coating my mouth with a very sweet yet pleasant aftertaste.
As for the raspberry flavouring… well, I couldn’t actually detect any raspberry flavour, so I’m not sure it is even there! I tried this out in three different pod systems – using the Anyx Iron, Innokin Trine SE (review coming soon!) and my trusty SXmini Puremax. The raspberry was just nowhere to be found each time.
Don’t get me wrong, this is a very tasty peach flavour, but I would have liked a bit more raspberry here to see how that combination would play out!
Final Review Verdict
With this range, there’s something a bit different here, rather than the same disposable bar salt fruit blends that are currently saturating the market. This is a range that really does go all out to provide six exotic vapes!
There’s fruit blends that are a little different and some pretty summery and exotic vibes on show. On the whole, these are pretty well blended and mixed too and provide a sunny burst of flavour.
And in terms of flavour, these really don’t pull any punches at all. It seems like here the flavouring has been turned right up, so if you like strong flavour from your fruity e-liquid blends then this range will do the job for you.
