Ruthless Vapor were created in Southern California, USA in 2011.
They are…

Apparently all of their e-liquid is subjected to rigorous quality control processes and anything which does not make the grade does not get the “Ruthless” label.

All of their e-liquid is free from Vitamin E Acetate and is made in their ISO 7 Clean room.
Their Mixologists and Flavourists are Culinary Trained and test for any potentially harmful ingredients.
So knowing the company is super legit, I can get on and enjoy their e-liquid knowing I am in safe hands!
What Can We Expect From The Ruthless E-Juice Short Fill Range?
There are a lot of flavours on offer – but this review is concentrating on 4 new flavours from the brand…
- Mango
- Pineapple Lemonade
- Energy Drank
- Lush
I received all 4 for this review.
These come in TPD Compliant 120ml bottles with 100ml of e-liquid inside. The other 20ml of space is to accommodate any nic shots you may add as the e-liquid is nicotine free. If you add two 18mg nic shots the nic strength will be 3mg for the whole bottle.
I did not add any Nic shots or nicotine as I wanted the clearest flavour possible. If you do add 1 or 2 10ml nic shots, be aware that the flavour might dilute slightly, but most short fills are designed to be over concentrated to compensate for this.
The e-liquid mix ratio is 30%PG / 70%VG for lots of vapour and is suitable for larger coils found in sub ohm tanks, higher power pod kits and DTL rebuildables. As an example I would probably only suggest using this e-liquid on coils of 0.4ohm resistance or lower.
On small lower power kits the higher proportion of VG means this liquid is a quite thick consistency which will block and burn out smaller higher resistance coils.
I will be using my Hellvape Rebirth RDA with a 0.38ohm coil at 50W, new cotton and a clean burn between each flavour tested.

As always taste is subjective, plus the type of equipment you use will cause results to vary. So use my review as a guide. I will try and focus on how well the flavours meet the descriptions.
Packaging
These are not packaged in a box, just the bottle on its own.
The bottles are tamperproof requiring a good push down to unlock, but there are instructions on the lid.
Inside the lid is the website address of Chubby Gorilla who are the bottle manufacturers and are recognised as quality containers used by many e-liquid brands.
You are greeted with a surprisingly thin nozzle for the chunky bottle meaning it should fit into most fill port orifices…
The outer label wraps around the bottle and is a classy looking affair.
On the front you have the branding, flavour, bottle size and nicotine strength.
The rear features applicable warnings and a list of the full ingredients. You also get the name and address of the manufacturer printed clearly on the label.
I have not found a reference on the bottle to the PG / VG strength – thankfully the website tells me it is 70%VG. But in the ingredients list on the bottle it just lists…
“USP Propylene Glycol Flavouring (<50%), USP Vegetable Glycerin (<50%)”
Which I at first thought meant it was 50/50 VG PG which confused me?
A Best before date is stamped on the bottle base in a faint yellow print and some more numbers above which sadly merge into the Gorilla Logo and Recycling logo embossed on the base.
Mango

I Say…
Well it ticks all the boxes!
Plenty of Mango which is thankfully slightly sweeter than some Mango offerings which often taste like Soil to me.
It is extremely fruity with an almost syrupy texture left on your tongue after the exhale.
I detest Mango vape liquids yet this one brings a lot more to the table, in a really good way.
Yes there is a syrupy sweet thing going on, but it never becomes too sweet or sickly. Plus you still get a fresh realistic Mango mixed in.
And wow those clouds are just really rich too.
An absolute winner for me, but I do lean towards sweeter e-liquids. But even then I don’t think this is too sweet as it kind of balances itself out.
Really excellent blending! 10/10 from a Mango hater must be good!
Pineapple Lemonade

This is an unusual combination that I don’t think I have seen before?
A quick sniff of the e-liquid gives off the aromas of both flavour elements!
On inhale you get the Lemonade at full whack, which almost makes your tongue tingle in a Sherbet way.
As the vapour lingers in your mouth and you exhale a sweetness kicks in.
But the Pineapple arrives just in time to stop it becoming too sweet.
I think this flavour would benefit from just a bit of cooling to make the Lemonade sing a bit more. It does get a bit “earthy” and heavy when the Pineapple becomes more prominent.
The jury is out for me as to whether the two fruity elements really harmonise. To me it feels like they are fighting with each other a bit.
It definitely is very tasty, with the sweeter side being more dominant, but there is the earthy side to rein it in a bit.
Energy Drank

It has been so long since I last had an “Energy Drink” that I have pretty much forgotten what they taste like!
Aha I remember now!
So there is a lot of Blueberry here which is right up my street!
It is slightly tangier than the previous flavours I have tried in this range, not as sweet or syrupy.
It definitely tastes like the drink, 100% and it has slightly fizzy edge too. Again a little drop of cooling would make this feel like a can of the Burgundy Bovine straight out of the fridge.
Yep if you have “Wings” you will love this one!
Lush

Sadly Watermelon is another flavour Nemesis of mine, but I have everything crossed that Ruthless can do something with it!
Urgh just no, urgh – I hate it.
What that does mean however is that it is a very true rendition of Watermelon!
It is not artificial tasting and has minimal sweetness thrown in. But again the slight sweetness stops it from becoming too sour. It almost has a Cucumber vibe going on too.
It is pure Watermelon – which is why I hate it!
Nope not for me at all, but it still gets a 10/10 for being really authentic.
Ruthless E-Juice Short Fill Final Review Verdict
Yes this has made history! A Mango e-liquid that I actually quite enjoyed – a bloody rarity that!
The flavour concentration is amazing, plenty of flavour here, not diluted – but I haven’t added any nic shots, which may be why I am loving the strong flavour level. But even so it shows that there is plenty of concentrate to accommodate any dilution of nic shots.
The clouds were epic, it may be because I have mainly been an MTL vaper for quite a while now, but yes this e-liquid really does the trick in that department!
This is my first review for Ruthless E-juice and I have to say I am very impressed!
