In this review, we are taking a look at the Remit Mega 18000 Disposable Vape!
Founded in 2024, Remit have been set up to manufacture pre-filled disposable vape devices with the Remit Mega 18000 being their first (and at the time of writing – only) device.
Before I begin this review, I need to make you aware that this product is not available in the UK or other TPD regulated countries unless it is the zero nicotine version.
The 50mg strength Remit Mega 18000 range will only be available in non-TPD markets such as North America.
What Can We Expect From The Remit Mega 18000 Disposable Vape?
This is a ‘big puff’ disposable device that can deliver up to a whopping 18000 puffs! This is thanks to the pre-filled 18ml e-liquid capacity – we will be putting that claim to the test in this review!
A dual mesh coil set up is used here. You have the option of switching between single coil output (get more puffs out of your device) or dual coil output (to intensify the vape). Plus you can adjust the airflow to your liking thanks to the airflow adjustment slider.
You get a standout, colour smart display screen giving you the ability to check the battery level, output mode and e-liquid level at a glance. This also has a mirror-like glossy finish plus the device also features a soft touch comfortable mouthpiece and textured anti-slip design.
A 650mAh battery comes built into the device to get you through a full days’ worth of vaping and the Remit Mega 18000 has USB-C charging.
Ten different flavours make up the Remit 18000 disposable range. You can pick from Watermelon Ice, Pink Lemonade, Rainbow Candy, Grape Honeydew, Mango Peach, Mint, Blue Razz Lemonade, Frozen Mixed Berry Ice, Strawberry Banana and Strawberry Ice flavours.
You can also choose from zero nicotine and 50mg nicotine salt options, the latter of course for vapers living in non-TPD regulated countries.
Many thanks to Remit for sending us four of the Remit Mega 18000 Disposable Vape range to review. As always, all thoughts are my own…

Design and Build Quality
These are quite chunky little things, boasting dimensions of 52mm x 23mm x 95mm. Which comes as no surprise really when you consider what is packed inside here! Such as a pre-filled 18ml capacity tank and a 650mAh battery.
Despite the large form factor, these are actually surprisingly lighter than they appear. The textured anti-slip design makes them quite nice to hold in the hand.
Though these will definitely take up more pocket space than your average disposable!
One of the standout features on the device is the glorious colour smart display screen and the mirror-like glossy finish really helps this to pop. This displays information such as the current battery level, coil output mode and the remaining e-liquid in the tank.
On the base of the device, you’ll find the USB-C charging port, airflow adjustment slider and an operation button that allows you to switch between single and dual coil output modes.
Quick Start Guide
As I mentioned earlier in the review, there’s no instruction manual included in the kit, so I’ll talk you through how to use it!
The Remit Mega 18000 device is a simple “puff and go” disposable. So you can take one out of the box and puff away on it quite happily without having to do anything.
Operation
It is set to dual coil output out of the box and you do have the ability to adjust the output between single and dual coil modes.
At the base of the device, next to the USB-C charging port is a small button. Pressing this once will make the screen light up. A quick double press of this button changes the output mode from dual to single coil.
This is reflected on screen by coil icons. If one is illuminated then you are in single coil mode, if two light up then the device is in dual coil mode.
Airflow/Charging
Also at the base of the device is the airflow adjustment toggle, allowing you to open up or close down the airflow.
Charging is via USB-C, and you’ll need to use one of your own USB-C charging cables as one is not included in the kit.
One of the downsides with this device is that it has quite a long charging time due to the DC 5V/0.5A charging rate. So be prepared for a bit of a wait whilst this is charging – or have a second device to hand!
Performance
You’ve got the option of zero nicotine or 50mg (5%) in terms of available strengths, and Remit kindly sent us a selection of four from the range in zero nicotine to try out.
No flavour descriptions were available from the manufacturer, so I’ve provided my own thoughts on the flavours that I received. Let’s have a look at how they fared!
Strawberry Ice
What I get here is quite a thick strawberry flavour, quite like the strawberry flavouring found in a lot of strawberry milkshake/strawberry ice cream e-liquids.
It’s a really sweet strawberry flavour! My tongue felt like it had been given a generous coating of sugar and it’s packed full of flavour.
There’s a decent cooling sensation to be found too. Not one that sends a chill down my spine but just enough to give me a nice, iced sensation at the end. I felt that it complimented the strawberry flavouring quite well and made for an enjoyable vape.
Mint
Well, this is certainly a very crisp mint flavour!
On the inhale I get that crisp mint that has quite a sharp edge to it which gives off some throat hit even in zero nicotine strength!
I found the mint flavouring to be very authentic tasting and it’s one of the stronger mint flavours that I have tried recently.
There’s a really nice, icy blast of menthol present as well, plus plenty of sweetener, giving a similar mouth feel to a mint candy.
I found this one to be very refreshing indeed and it works very well as a palate cleanser!
Watermelon Ice
I found the watermelon flavour to be pretty well done here. It’s closer to the authentic taste of the actual fruit rather than a candied version and the flavour balance is pretty spot on.
It’s awash with watermelon flavouring, though not overpoweringly so. I’m not a fan of watermelon e-liquid flavours and am quite sensitive to the flavouring as a result, but I got on just fine with this one.
It definitely surprised me!
The downside that I found with this one was that the ice element was too subtle. It definitely needed to be a bit stronger here. It’s more of a subtle undertone to the dominant watermelon flavouring.
Strawberry Banana
Unfortunately with this one, I found it too artificial tasting for me. The main culprit here is the banana flavouring.
It feels like the balance is a bit off. The banana seems to completely overwhelm the strawberry flavouring, which is relegated to a subtle background note. It’s really strong tasting foam banana sweet flavouring too, which is something I just can’t get on with.
That being said the banana flavouring is uncannily like an actual foam sweet! So if that is your bag you will definitely get on with this one!
I think some more strawberry flavouring would balance this one out much better, as the banana flavouring is just too overpowering at present.
Device Performance
These are marketed as mouth to lung devices, but with the airflow fully open you get a pretty damn airy mouth to lung vape. It almost borders on a restricted lung hit!
If you close it down slightly, you’ll get a more traditional mouth to lung hit similar to the one you would get from a cigarette.
Both dual and single coil vaping options are present and it’s easy to switch between the two of them.
In dual coil mode, you’ll get more intense flavour, whereas with single coil mode it is slightly more subtle.
I was quite impressed with how smooth the vape was in both modes!
In terms of battery life, I can’t really find fault with these. You’ll get a full day out of one in both single and dual coil output modes and you have the ability to recharge them too.
Puff Count
Remit claim that you can get up to 18000 puffs from a Remit Mega 18000 device, though the ‘up to’ phrase is key.
The amount of puffs you can actually get out of one will depend on which output mode you are using and how long you take a puff on the device for.
During testing, I found that I got 8,224 puffs whilst using one of them solely in dual coil mode, which isn’t a bad result at all.
That’s pretty much over a weeks’ worth of vaping from one device for most users!
You’ll get more puffs by switching to single coil mode, as you won’t have two coils using the e-liquid. However there is a trade-off for this as the vape will be less intense in terms of flavour.
So, if you prefer a stronger flavoured vape, you’ll want to stick to the dual coil mode!
Pros
- Bright, clear colour screen
- Single and dual coil options
- Adjustable airflow
- Rechargeable device
- Large capacity
Cons
- Slow charging time
- Large waste footprint
- Only fruit and mint flavours, no dessert or tobacco options
Final Verdict
As you would probably come to expect from a big puff disposable vape, these flavours are quite strong and sweet, they don’t pull any punches at all! So, if you like that sort of thing, you’ll probably find these right up your street.
But if you prefer dessert or tobacco flavours, or more subtle flavours, you are best off looking at other options!
And I have got to say, this is one of the more attractive looking disposables I’ve used.
It looks great, feels great in the hand and boasts one of the best looking screens I have come across.
It also vapes pretty damn well to boot. Plus thanks to the 18ml worth of e-liquid you get you’ll be puffing away on one of these for a while!
As ever, when it comes to big puff disposables like these, I need to get up on my soapbox regarding the environmental impact of these devices. Yes, they are rechargeable, but once the 18ml worth of e-liquid has been exhausted the whole unit needs disposing of.
And with a device like this, that packs features like a colour screen, built in battery and tank, that is an awful amount of waste! So that is something worth bearing in mind when it comes to considering purchasing a device like this.
