The OBS Prow Pod Kit is yes another pod mod kit release.
I will stick up for OBS here though and say in the main their devices such as the Cube Kit and Draco Kit usually kick out the flavour.
Recently OBS have been chucking out the pod mods including the very basic Land kit and the beastly Alter so why is there another pod in their inventory?
Well I am not sure at all. However the Prow does seem to be targeting the very “starter” vapers with a tiny and simple device.
For a start although the pods are refillable with 1.5ml of your own e-liquid – the coil is not replaceable. So for those who don’t want the faffing or mess of coil changes this will suit them.
Inside the pod is a 1.4ohm OCC (organic cotton wicked coil) which should be good for high nicotine or nicotine salt e-liquid.
Moving onto the actual device this has a 300mAh battery which is apparently recharged in around 40 minutes.
The only user interface is a simple fire button which you press to vape or turn the device on or off.
Below the fire button are 3 LED indicator lights which will display the battery capacity remaining.
There are 3 colours to choose from: Chrome, Black and Gunmetal

Soo yes this appears to be a very basic starter pod kit.
