One of the most recognisable names in the vaping industry today, Nasty have released a new range of disposables, called Nasty Bar.
Nasty Bar Disposables are for those that just want the convenience of a simple, great tasting vape, without having to mess around with coils or wattage settings.
What Can We Expect from the Nasty Bar Disposable Range?
The Nasty Bar range contains a whopping 16 flavours to cater to a wide range of tastes. There are one or two..errrm.. strange flavours to say the least. Mineral Water anyone?
They are sold in the UK pre-filled with a TPD friendly 2ml of nicotine salt based e-liquid, for a smooth taste without a harsh throat hit, with 20mg nicotine strength and can deliver up to 600 puffs from the pre-charged 500mAh battery.
As is the nature of disposables, they are all very simple to use and get up and running. As long as you can open some packaging you’re good to go.
Thank you to E-liquids.com for sending these over for me to review!

Design and Build Quality
Nasty Bars are packaged within a sealed Green cardboard box, with the ubiquitous ‘Nasty’ logo at the top, a picture of the Nasty Bar itself and the flavour displayed in Silver.
At the side of the box, you’ll find:
- Description of the selected flavour,
- Key features of the Nasty Bar
- Ratings out of five for throat hit, coolness, sweetness and flavour strength.
The latter is something I personally like as it can help guide your selection if you are looking for something in particular out of each flavour, such as a cooling sensation or a particularly hard-hitting flavour!
The build quality of the Nasty Bars themselves is top notch, they feel lightweight, have great colour schemes, feel good in the hand with their cylindrical shape and feel like they are built to last throughout the day.
The draw provides a solid mouth to lung hit, although I wouldn’t say it is a tight draw, it is more of an airier mouth to lung hit.
I do use disposables from various different brands quite frequently for convenience, such as if I’m on a night out or travelling away. Over time I have found them to be a bit of a mixed bag, with issues such as poor flavour, very short battery life or rarely some that are just dead on arrival out of the box.
I can happily say that I didn’t experience any of these issues with the Nasty Bars, they were consistently great across the board, offering a reliable and convenient vape during my testing.
Watermelon Ice
Nasty Says…
Offers a succulent breeze of wild Watermelon tones, kept fresh with light menthol tones to round off the sweetened fruit notes.
I Say…
I must admit to a slight sense of trepidation whenever it comes to trying any Watermelon-based flavours, as in my ten years of vaping I have found that good quality ones are few and far between.
The majority that I’ve tried have been too artificial tasting for me or too weak. Which is a shame, as I am very partial to a refreshing slice of Watermelon!
There’s no mistaking the flavour here, even when unboxing the Watermelon Ice Nasty Bar I get hit with a strong smell of Watermelon straight away, even before I have taken a puff on the Nasty Bar itself!
I’m pleased to report that rather than being artificial tasting or too weak, Watermelon Ice gets the balance just right with mouth-watering authentic tasting Watermelon flavour and a refreshing cooling sensation that isn’t too overwhelming.
It is very moreish, and it really does hit the spot.
Mango Peach Pineapple
Nasty Says…
this infinitely refreshing Caribbean air, unleashed in smooth Mango and juicy Peach blends, underlined with zingy Pineapple throughout.
I Say…
I am an absolute sucker for anything that contains Mango, and Mango Peach Pineapple really does hit the spot.
It is a very smooth vape, with minimal throat hit and a subtle cooling sensation on the inhale.
Mango Peach Pineapple is a very flavoursome vape, with Mango and Peach definitely the two most dominant flavours that I found here, discernible on both the inhale and the exhale with only a very small hint of tangy Pineapple as a background flavour for me.
I’m not too worried about the Pineapple flavour not being too noticeable, as the Mango and Peach combination is so delicious.
This is a definite “all day vape” for me!
Strawberry Raspberry Cherry
Nasty Says…
berry-licious blend of soft, rich Strawberry, tangy Raspberry and tart Cherry as they spar through your tastebuds, distinguishing every rivalling tone to culminate in a harmonious flavour blend.
I Say…
I can definitely see this flavour being one of the most popular ones from the Nasty Bar range, especially as Strawberry based flavours always seem to do very well. And Nasty have pretty much got the flavour blend spot on here.
I get a very tart and authentic Strawberry fruit flavour followed up with a well-balanced Red Cherry flavour, and the Raspberry is more of a subtle undertone in the background.
I actually struggled to pick out the Raspberry with the first few puffs that I had on this but the more I vaped it, the more I could pick it out.
There’s no real throat hit to this one, and only a very slight cooling sensation, the flavours take centre stage here.
A flavour for those looking for a smooth and fruity vape.
Menthol
Nasty Says…
iconic menthol with signature Nastiness with this elevated, clarifying menthol for the cleanest vape experience all day, everyday.
I Say…
There’s not too much to say with this one, it’s described as a ‘clean menthol flavour that’s extremely refreshing’ and there isn’t much else to it.
It’s quite a straightforward menthol, not too “in-your-face” or punchy, though I did expect a bit more of a cooling sensation from this one. I didn’t really notice any discernible throat hit either, it is very smooth on the inhale.
It’s a bit subtle compared to a lot of the other menthol liquids and disposables I have tried, which is not necessarily a bad thing, and it has worked well as a good palate cleanser when testing out the other flavours in the Nasty Bar range.
Blue Raspberry Lemonade
Nasty Says…
fizzy fiend, sure to make its way into your vape rotation. With delicious Blueberry top notes accompanied by a stimulating Raspberry blast for added zing.
I Say…
Blue Raspberry Lemonade is nice, very nice indeed.
On my first couple of puffs, all I could think was ‘wow, this is delicious’ and I subsequently spent the rest of my day primarily vaping this.
I have got to say I was pretty sad once it ran out, and it is a flavour I will absolutely be purchasing in the future. It has a very moreish quality to it, definitely one that is hard to put down once you start vaping it.
The blend of Blue Raspberry and Lemonade absolutely hits the spot, and it isn’t over flavoured or too sweet either, the balance is just right for me.
It is nice and smooth, with a small throat hit, and a nice cooling effect on the tongue which gives Blue Raspberry Lemonade a really refreshing vibe overall.
I know, it’s now someway off in the UK at the time of writing, but this would be a perfect summery vape!
Lemon Lime
Nasty Says…
a signature Nasty take on a classic. The sickest on the market, for guaranteed high-octane citrus fueled puffs every time.
I Say…
Reminiscent in taste to a certain very popular Lemon and Lime flavoured fizzy drink sold all over the world, the Lemon Lime Nasty Bar looks to replicate that taste and get you to ‘escape to the tropics with this beautiful Lemon-Lime blend’.
Sounds very exotic indeed!
This is quite a tart and sour vape, which fits my tastes perfectly, and it also leaves me with a sweet mouth feel.
The cooling sensation is a mere undertone, and throat hit is very smooth. It’s a basic flavour combination, but Nasty Juice have absolutely nailed it here, offering a Lemon Lime disposable that tastes better than any of the others that I have tried in the past.
Like a number of other flavours I have tried in the Nasty Bar range, this is easily one that could be vaped and enjoyed all day long.
Pink Lemonade
Nasty Says…
conjures a frenzied blend of carbonated Lemon notes, tangled with juicy Red Berries culminating in this undeniable classic through and through.
I Say…
An ever-popular choice in the vaping market, Pink Lemonade flavours are a dime a dozen out there however it can be hard to find one that gets the balance just right.
The Nasty Bar Pink Lemonade has been described as offering a ‘refreshing mix of tart Cranberry juice and sweet Lemonade’, and that description has certainly got my mouth watering!
One of my main complaints with Pink Lemonade flavours that I have tried in the past is that they either seem to be over flavoured, or too weak. Again, with this one Nasty Juice have got the balance just right.
I can pick out both the Cranberry flavouring and Lemonade from the get-go, with neither of them overpowering the other, there’s just a really good balance present.
It is another smooth and refreshing vape from this range, with a great blend of Cranberry and Lemonade flavouring, and the cooling tone rounds it off and negates some of the sweetness. Almost leaves a fizz on the tongue at the end!
Mineral Water
Nasty Says…
a rejuvenating UK-market first, this magical concoction perfects the natural refreshment of a glass of water, with a revitalising yet warm mouthfeel.
I Say…
Now this is a new one for me!
When I saw a mineral water flavour was part of the Nasty Bar line-up, my first thought was not much more than ‘really? Mineral water?’, and I can safely say that this is a first for me when it comes to e-liquid flavours but I’m always up for trying something new!
The description from Nasty Juice states ‘experience the pure and refreshing, like drinking from a natural spring’ so with that in mind, let’s see if it does indeed replicate a fresh mineral water.
It’s hard to put a finger on this one, I kind of went into it half expecting it to taste of…well…nothing really but there is some flavour there.
It tastes like there is some sweetener there, as well as a cooling sensation on the tongue, but not much else really.
I’m quite surprised that on the packaging Nasty Juice have only rated it a two out of five for sweetness, as it is definitely sweeter than that, in fact sweetener is the only flavour I can discern from it.
So, if sweetened mineral water is the flavour you seek, then look no further!
Gummy Bear
Nasty Says…
a nostalgic confection, sure to be the burst of sweetness you need through the day. Guaranteeing a moreish sugar rush good enough to satiate any sweet tooth.
I Say…
I could tell that this was going to be a sweet one right out of the box, as when opening the packet I got hit with an overwhelming smell of sweet and fruity candy.
I found it quite hard to put a finger on the flavours that are present here, the only way I could describe it was if you grabbed a handful of Gummy Bears and stuffed them all in your mouth at once.
It is very sweet, perhaps a little overwhelmingly so for some. I get a Strawberry flavour, some citrus…and that weird transparent Gummy Bear flavour amongst others?
It’s hard to tell, all of that sweetness must be playing tricks on me! Flavour delivery is smooth, there’s definitely some cooling agent present, and I get left with a really sweet mouth feel.
It is a little too sweet for my tastes, but I don’t have the sweetest tooth in the world- I actually passed this one over to my other half for her opinion and she absolutely loved it (and wouldn’t give it back!), so the old adage of ‘different strokes for different folks’ applies here.
If you have a sweet tooth, and are looking for a very sweet vape, you can’t really go wrong with this flavour.
Fizzy Cherry
Nasty Says…
perfectly pinned sugary, carbonated blend of Glacé Cherry tones that leaves you with a fruity buzz that keeps you wanting more.
I Say…
‘Classic Cola flavour with a Cherry explosion’ states the description from Nasty Juice, and they aren’t far off with that one!
This is one of the more full-flavoured Nasty Bars available, offering an absolute double whammy of Cherry and Cola flavour with some smooth cooling present.
To me, rather than the taste of a Cherry Cola drink, it is more reminiscent of a Cherry Cola sweet, but minus the tooth rotting sugar coating!
I thought this would be too sweet for me, but I was actually surprised and found it to be very moreish.
If I had one complaint, it would be that there isn’t much of a ‘fizz’ to this flavour despite the name, but that being said it is yet another well mixed flavour from the Nasty Bar range, and one that I’m sure will be amongst peoples preferred choices.
Blueberry Sour Raspberry
Nasty Says…
Nasty unleashes the full Nasty treatment on this notorious flavour blend. Resulting in the don of Blue Razz, this sour Raspberry twists with a puckering tang of Blueberry to tie off the taste.
I Say…
In previous years, I was never the biggest fan of e-liquids that contained Blueberry, however as time has gone on and I have tried some different ones, it has grown on me and I have actually found a fair few that I really enjoy!
The description of this Nasty Bar promises that it offers ‘the deep sweetness of Blueberries balanced by sour Raspberries’.
I was expecting a full on flavour punch to the palate, but I was pleasantly surprised by the subtleness of the Blueberry and sour Raspberry flavours.
It was quite a pleasant vape, with nothing too overpowering or sweet, and the signature cooling agent definitely detectable- leaving a nice cool feeling on the tongue on each puff!
I feel that the cooling agent negates some of the sourness from the sour Raspberry flavouring, which could be turned up just a notch in my opinion.
I also found it to be one of the more subtly flavoured ones from the Nasty Bar range, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, as too much Blueberry flavouring can be overpowering and ruin a perfectly good liquid.
Cherry Ice
Nasty Says…
Nasty perfect this Cherry-picked masterpiece with the sweet sensation of Cherry Pie, rounded off by a cool exhale.
I Say…
‘Delicious wild Cherries drenched in ice’
I found this to be a pretty straightforward Cherry flavoured vape. It’s pretty easy going, with a nice natural Cherry flavour balanced out with a chilly cooling feel to it.
It is a good choice if you are looking for something fruity and subtle to vape on throughout the day. Neither the Cherry nor the cooling agent are too strong, and I’m left with a nice and sweet mouth feel after vaping on this.
It doesn’t do anything special, but then again it isn’t offensive either!
I can take or leave Cherry flavours, but I had no problem puffing away on this throughout my day.
Pineapple Ice
Nasty Says…
Nasty had all hands on deck when blend presented the pinnacle of Pineapple flavours – unbeatable notes of sweet, stimulating Pineapple offer nothing less than perfection accompanied by a cool exhale.
I Say…
Another one of my go-to flavour choices when purchasing a disposable vape, the Nasty Bar version promises a ‘refreshing blast of sweet-sour Pineapples on ice’.
Unfortunately, this one was a bit of a let-down. The flavour just wasn’t there for me, I wasn’t getting much in the way of any Pineapple flavour, but rather an overwhelming hit of sweetness followed up with a strange sour artificial taste and the cooling effect afterwards.
I found it quite odd, it may well be that I had a duff disposable, but what I experienced flavour wise definitely didn’t resemble Pineapple ice!
Apple Ice
Nasty Says…
Nasty hones in on a deviant Apple that charges your taste buds with juicy notes of zingy green Apples with cool ice undertones..
I Say…
The flavour of a delicious Red Apple has been nailed here, with Nasty Juice’s signature cooling effect present and correct.
A very crisp, authentic tasting Red Apple flavour is found in this particular Nasty Bar, without being overly tart or sweet. It is reminiscent of a refreshing cold glass of fresh Apple juice, and leaves me with a very similar sort of mouth feel.
Some Apple flavoured e-liquids can be guilty of tasting dry, but not this one. It is packed full of juicy Apple flavouring, and this one was a real winner for me!
Watermelon Strawberry Bubblegum
Nasty Says…
Juicy Strawberry and fresh Watermelon wrapped in delicious Bubblegum.
I Say…
Nasty Juice’s description states that this Nasty Bar offers ‘juicy Strawberry and fresh Watermelon wrapped in delicious Bubblegum’.
OK, I’ll admit that anything with Bubblegum is quite far down my pecking order when it comes to picking out a flavour to vape, so I did approach this Nasty Bar with a slight sense of trepidation.
Upon trying the Watermelon Strawberry Bubblegum Nasty Bar, I was quite surprised that I didn’t really detect any Bubblegum flavour.
I gave it a really good go and just couldn’t pick it up, which may come as a bit of a disappointment to Bubblegum fans.
The primary flavour for me here is the Watermelon, which tastes natural and refreshing, but the Strawberry flavour was lacking and Bubblegum non-existent as mentioned.
Unfortunately, this isn’t really one for me. Out of the two in this range that contain Watermelon I would quite happily opt for the Watermelon Ice over this one.
Kiwi Passion Fruit Guava
Nasty Says…
Nasty showcases that exoticism always reigns supreme with this unbeatable blend of gritty Kiwi, punchy Passionfruit, rounded off with generous Guava for the perfect all day vape.
I Say…
Ah yes, last but not least, a tried and tested favourite flavour of mine especially when it comes to disposables!
I have tried a couple of different Kiwi Passionfruit Guava disposables and e-liquid, and haven’t yet found one that I have been disappointed by.
Primarily I am a dessert/tobacco e-liquid vaper, ever since I began vaping in 2013, but this sweet and exotic flavour combination just seems to do it for me every time, being my preferred choice when I purchase a disposable, and is definitely one of my guilty pleasures.
I must say that I was most excited to give Nasty Bar’s effort a go, and this e-liquid seriously delivers.
Guava takes centre stage here, with the Kiwi and Passionfruit flavours complimenting the Guava perfectly, followed up with a refreshing cooling finish.
The balance is absolutely perfect, and I found it very hard to put down. It is an exotic flavour mix that really does hit the spot, with a nice tang to it as well.
I am going to go out on a limb and say this is my pick of the bunch when it comes to this particular flavour combination!
How Many Puffs do you Really Get from a Nasty Bar Disposable?
Nasty state that the Nasty Bars come with a pre-charged 500mAh battery, and are rated for up to 600 puffs, depending on your vaping habits, this should last most people 2-3 days. If you are chain vaping though it will of course be a lot less.
At the base of the Nasty Bar is a White LED surrounded with a Green housing, that gives off a Green effect when vaping. This lights up on each inhale, and will blink rapidly once the Nasty Bar has run out.
In testing, I got 592 puffs out of the Mango Peach Pineapple Nasty Bar, taking 3-4 second inhales, which is in line with the brands claim that these are rated for up to 600 puffs, and as with any disposable your own mileage may vary.
I like to get a full day’s worth of vaping out of a disposable, and none of the Nasty Bars I have tested have let me down yet.
A Nasty Bar has got me through a whole day’s worth of vaping, which is all I can ask for a disposable, and on par with the other big hitters in the disposables game.
I haven’t had any issues with shortened battery life, dry hits, juice being spat into my mouth or any of the Nasty Bars not working out of the box, which speaks volumes for the quality control on these products.
Final Review Verdict
As mentioned above, the Nasty Bar has done what I have asked of it, which is namely to offer a convenient pick up and go option, to last me throughout the day and to offer a variety of great tasting and enjoyable flavours.
Nasty aren’t looking to reinvent the wheel here, but to offer a solid range of flavour profiles that are already popular in the UK and across the world, and I believe they have done exactly that.
These would suit anyone, from those looking to make the switch from cigarettes to more experienced vapers that are looking for a convenient option.
There’s no harsh throat hit present with any of these disposables. You get smooth flavour delivery across the board from the nicotine salt based liquid present in each Nasty Bar, and you get a good nicotine hit from the 20mg strength.
I have used the Nasty Bars as my exclusive vaping option throughout the day, and also as a back-up to my usual daily driver vape, and I haven’t been let down.
The draw was pretty spot-on for my tastes, I like a fairly loose mouth to lung hit / restricted direct lung hit and the Nasty Bars felt neither too tight nor too airy, with a satisfying amount of vapour production.
It is hard to pick a favourite from this vast range of excellent flavours, but the three that really stood out for me were the Mango Peach Pineapple, Blue Raspberry Lemonade and the Kiwi Passionfruit Guava flavours.
The flavours definitely hold their own against other disposable brands I have tried.
