LiQuid: Blueberry

This is a new e-liquid brand and possibly one of the cheapest (if not ‘the’ cheapest) UK made juice I have come across. £1 for a 10ml bottle!

Too good to be true springs to mind. There is a piece of mind to be had here though, this isn’t some dodgy start-up that thought it would be a great idea to jump on the e-liquid bandwagon.

Nope… This is from the guys behind Freshcig, who have been producing quality e cig products for a number of years, so they know what they are doing.

A number of flavours were sent over to try and the first out of the bag was a bottle of Blueberry flavoured juice.

One Pound LiQuid Say: “A sweet blueberry flavour that leaves a ripe fruity taste and makes for a great early morning vape.”

Flavour

There is a definite blueberry aroma coming from the bottle, it is on the sweet side, like what you would expect from a squash drink so first thoughts are this might be too sweet.

On vaping I initially get quite a floral taste coming through which I really don’t like. But… A few drags later, giving my taste buds time to decipher what’s going, the blueberry flavour I was expecting starts to come through. What a nice flavour it is as well!

A real fruity tone overtakes and from what I initially thought was going to be a nasty version of blueberry soon turns into an easy vape that I had no problem using all day and I did just that. I found myself going back to this a fair bit over the course of a week.

Definitely one to persevere with.

Vapour Volume

Vapour volume is very good, being made with a 50/50 PG/VG ratio really helps this along here.

Throat Hit

For me the throat hit was just right. I like a smooth vape (with a hint of throat kick) with fruity e-liquids and the 50/50 PG/VG does this perfectly.

Production Details

LiQuid, as a brand, are the first to configure their VG/PG levels to fit in with the level of throat hit vapers want. The higher PG levels are in line with the higher nicotine strengths to give that stronger hit.

When it comes to ingredients and manufacturing their e-liquid is made under the following conditions:

• Produced in Britain in an ISO Class 8 clean room facility
• Chip compliant bottles, tamper evident

Overall

I have to say I was surprised by the Blueberry e-liquid by LiQuid, after my taste buds adjusted I really enjoyed this flavour and it was easily an all day vape. I thought at £1 for a 10ml bottle it would come across as a cheap flavour but if I was paying £4/5 for this bottle I wouldn’t bat an eyelid.

So I guess what I’m trying to say if I was to take the price out of the equation it is a very good flavour, at £1 it’s .
