Time for a huge new range of e-liquid – the Jak’d Salt range!
This is made by Dispergo and features the most popular flavours from all their ranges. The name is because they have “Jak’d” (or doubled) up the flavour concentration!
Dispergo are a huge vape brand which are most famous for their Jack Rabbit and Rachel Rabbit e-liquids.
Manufacturing began in 2019 with the Jack Rabbit Dessert range and have grown to the wide family of products on their website.
All their e-liquids and ingredients are TPD compliant and manufactured in Oxfordshire in the UK.
What Can We Expect From The Jak’d Salt E-liquid Range?
Well the range has a total of 12 flavours to choose from and they come in TPD Compliant 10ml bottles with 5mg, 10mg or 20mg Nicotine Salt strengths.
Ranges which have been updated here include Unreal, Unreal2, Unreal3, Cyber Rabbit, Peaked, Okay Orange, Re-Peeled, Japanta, Fugu, Rachael Rabbit, Jack Rabbit, Fugly and Clotted Dreams.

I received all 12 flavours in the 5mg strength – the flavour name includes the range the flavour originated from.

The e-liquid mix ratio is 50%PG / 50%VG which is more suitable for low power kits. This mix is too thin for higher power kits and may cause leaks and spitting.
I will be using my OXVA Xlim Pro kit for these with a new V2 0.8ohm pod for each flavour.

As always e-liquid reviewing is very subjective. It can vary due to the individual palate of the reviewer, plus different equipment can also alter the flavour perception.
So please just use my findings as a guide. I will try to assess how well these flavours meet their descriptions and will mark them out of 10 at the end of the review.
Packaging
These come without a box and sadly the bottle label is almost impossible to read without taking a photo and zooming in!
There is a batch number and expiry date printed on the bottom of the rear of the label. This reassures me that the company is tracing all their products for quality control reasons.
I was really struggling to work out what nicotine strength these were, but after looking at different images thankfully the 5 next to the “Jak’d” logo is what I was looking for.
The lid is childproof and tamperproof to help keep things safe. Also remember to recycle your empty bottles!
A nice thin nozzle means this should be suitable for the majority of tanks and pod kits.
Unreal3 Pineapple, Lemon & Lime

I Say…
This is a new take on the Lemon and Lime theme with the addition of the Pineapple.
It is very sweet and you are missing the tang you would expect from both the citrus fruits.
They are definitely both there and merge seamlessly with the Pineapple to create something very tropical and refreshing.
The cooling on the inhale adds to this freshness and is very well balanced without being overpowering.
I am quite torn on this one – I miss the Lemon and Lime sourness I was expecting, but I can’t deny this new combo tastes delicious.
If you were expecting some sour notes you will be very disappointed, but if you like something sweeter with the flavour hints of Lemon and Lime, you will be joyous!
Personally this flavour is greater than the sum of its parts and brings something very new, unusual and interesting. I would score it 10/10.
But I need to represent the Lemon and Lime fans who want something citric and tart – so I will have to knock down some points.
Jack Rabbit Custard Doughnut

The smell of this one has made me fearful. I dislike dessert vapes as I often find the Pastry / Dough element tastes like greasy biscuits. And I get the essence of that from the aroma…
Yes there is plenty of Custard and it is pretty realistic, sadly it is spoilt by the flavour of buttery Digestive Biscuits soaked in fat. It tastes more like a Cheesecake Base than a Doughnut to me. But one that is very fatty.
As I explained I always find Pastry / Dough e-liquid flavours taste greasy (despite loving Pastry in real life) so this must be an accurate depiction of the vaping version which everyone else in the world seems to love.
I do have to applaud the Custard, it is a very deep flavour which without the greasy back note would be extremely delicious. Until the fatty flavour kicks in you could imagine you actually had a mouthful of yummy Custard whilst you were vaping.
Being impartial and marking this on whether it matches the description – I would say the Custard element is 100% accurate. But it does fall down on the Doughnut side, it tastes more like Custard on a Cheesecake base.
Unreal2 Pineapple & Passionfruit

I Say…
This is very pleasant indeed.
The flavour concentration is not quite as strong as the rest of the range, but this works well as the whole experience is mellow.
There is a slight cooling but nothing overpowering and you get both fruits straight away.
For some reason this 50/50 e-liquid vapes like a 70/30 – i.e. it has the sweetness and smoothness you would associate with a higher VG e-liquid. Which is quite incredible.
It has a syrupy smooth quality on the exhale so it is in the sweeter category, which might not please those who want a fresh tangy experience.
But for me even though the flavour punch is not powerful, it enhances this totally chilled out tropical vibe.
Excellent work Jak’d – this feels like a higher VG and is really really gorgeous!
Rachael Rabbit Redcurrant, Grape & Cherry

I really didn’t know what to expect from this! I am someone who is wary of “Grape” vapes as they can often be quite revolting, yet some really shine!
This is quite a medley, I do get the Grape which adds a slightly “Soapy” back note but thankfully the Redcurrant and Cherry rescue me from the Shampoo taste.
I have to admit this combo is not for me.
Individually Redcurrant and Cherry flavours delight me, but mixed together with that back note of Grape it is not working for my palate.
There is quite a bit of sourness left on your tongue after exhaling despite the inhale being quite sweet.
I am sure this has its fans, but together the flavours of the individual components kind of clash. Again this is only my opinion!
I can’t drop too many marks as it does live up to the description and all fruits are present and the flavour concentration is great. It just feels like all the flavours do not harmonise well?
Okay Orange Strawberry Banana Bubblegum

This is a real nostalgic flavour for me.
Does anyone remember the Bubblegum balls – in my day they were 1p and we called them “Bubblies”.
This tastes exactly like these! Even down to the floury coating and the creamy centre when you bit through the shell!
You even get a slight hint of Sherbet – again exactly like the Gum Balls!
If you are an “Old School” sweetie fan you will love this! The Banana and Strawberry are delicious and the Bubblegum flavour is somehow very creamy and smooth! You feel like you have just taken the Bubblegum out of your mouth!
Are Jak’d Willy Wonka in disguise? Because this is magic!
Clotted Dreams Strawberry Clotted Cream

Time to be brave as I dislike dessert vapes!
What I will say is that this tastes like Rice Pudding with Strawberry Jam!
There is even a slight Caramelisation where the top of the pudding has just gone a bit dark in the oven! So you get a Toffee / Caramel hint here too!
Obviously this is a flavour I would run away from, but if you love a dessert vape and Rice Pudding is something you would wolf down – then get your mitts on this!
It is superbly blended, but is quite sweet. However this is spot on flavour wise and the exhale even has a Custard-like sensation! Very clever!
Peaked Cherry Ice

Wow I could vape gallons of this!
It is a darker Cherry flavour but is still quite sweet.
It reminds me of the Cherry Lips sweets – the really hard ones which used to get stuck in your teeth!
This does have a slight perfumey floral quality – which is exactly the same as the sweets above. As someone who could chew them until most of my teeth were loose I am over the moon with this perfect rendition!
I hope I am getting across how ecstatic I am to find this in a vape liquid, it is absolute perfection!
Those wanting a fresh genuine Cherry flavour may be a bit unhappy with this version as it is quite synthetic, but it does match the old school sweetie 100%!
I would mark this 30 out of 10 if I could!
Cyber Rabbit Xenon

This is quite an unusual flavour!
You can definitely pick up the Blueberry strongly but then it evolves when the Pomegranate kicks in.
This has a hint of cooling which combined with the Blueberry takes it initially in the direction of a generic Blue Slush style flavour.
Unfortunately I have never tasted Pomegranate so I am unable to comment on how authentic this version is! But it definitely is there as there is something else in the background.
As the vapour travels around your taste buds, the Pomegranate appears which somehow actually accelerates the Blueberry and makes it stronger! Plus this is where the tang evaporates into something a bit more syrupy and sweeter.
If you are not a Blueberry fan I would steer clear of this completely as it seems to be a double barrelled version of a Blueberry flavour, with extra punch.
If you love Blueberry and Blue Slush e-liquids I would highly recommend.
Unreal Raspberry Blue

Just reading the description has made me excited to try this flavour as it is 100% something I would purchase myself!
And the vape is not a let-down either!
Somehow Jak’d have managed to create multi-level flavours – I just don’t know how they have done this!
Think of a good Curry, where the flavour constantly evolves as you are eating and different nuances pop up – the blending here is similar.
You get the slightly tart Blue Raspberry on the inhale, then it kind of grows in richness whilst in the mouth and becomes a sweeter, more syrupy flavour.
On the exhale the tart and syrupy aspects merge to create another character which is even more delicious.
I am astounded at the complexity here and how everything just harmonises and increases in deliciousness as you inhale and exhale.
Re-Peeled Mango, Pineapple & Orange

Not a Mango fan at all – so I am dreading this one a bit.
Wow this is extremely Orangey – which is such a rare flavour in vapes.
I love the inhale with the dominant but synthetic style Orange, then the flavour progresses to include the Pineapple as you exhale. Finally you get a smidgen of Mango after vaping.
The Pineapple and Orange are very strong and I am happy that the Mango is in the background. There is also a mild fizzy tang to this – almost a Sherbet sensation.
If you are a Mango fan unfortunately you might wish that component was ramped up a bit.
Obviously this is not my style of flavour, but I will have to mark it down slightly as the Mango is less prominent to the other two flavours.
Japanta Pineapple Melon

This is very Melon-y and very Pineapple-y !
In this case it does what it says on the label!
I am not a Melon fan so this is not something I would choose to vape – however if you love some Melon and Pineapple this would make you very happy!
It is actually quite a realistic fruity rendition, there is some sweetener but not to the extent you would find in most disposable style e-liquids. But it does not have that deep and earthy Melon flavour that some seem to enjoy.
I am finding it to be quite fresh and well-rounded with plenty of fruity flavour. There is a slight tingle on the tongue after exhaling which reminds me of the slightly citric tang you would get after eating a Pineapple.
It can only be rewarded with full marks!!
Fugly Blue Raspberry Cream Pie

I Say…
I saw Blue Raspberry and got excited, then I saw the word “Pie” – which to me conjures up the greasy Pastry scares.
Thankfully the majority of this flavour is biased towards the cool and sweet Blue Raspberry.
It is only on the exhale the Cream and Pie elements start waking up.
It is extraordinary how the Cream is replicated here, you almost feel like you have eaten Cream or a Mousse! Honestly – it gives you that texture and mouth sensation after exhaling.
Sadly the Pastry is back which always spoils any vape for me, but it is not as greasy and fatty as the Custard Doughnut flavour thankfully.
Despite me disliking the “Pie” member of the squad, I can score this no lower than 10/10 as everything described is present and reproduced so realistically it is mind blowing!
Jak’d Salts E-liquid Final Review Verdict
What an epic range of flavours! Dispergo are absolute masters!
The attention to detail – such as the Caramelisation of the Strawberry Rice Pudding in the Strawberry Cream plus the smooth, creamy Bubblegum and Sherbet sensation of the Strawberry, Banana Bubblegum flavour is incredible.
This not only acts on your sense of taste, but also your sense of touch as you get a mouth feel akin to having just consumed the object described in the flavour profile!
Other massive highlights include the Peaked Cherry Ice which took me back to my favourite sweets – Cherry Lips – the blending was so authentic I think I will be buying some more!
The Pineapple & Passionfruit vaped like it was a high VG e-liquid – crazy for a 50/50 ratio on a simple pod kit! It was smooth and sweet – quite incredible!
Despite not being a fan of the Blue Raspberry Cream Pie I was totally stunned how well it created the sensation of eating Cream or a Mousse. You genuinely felt it in your mouth – what is this trickery!
Even the e-liquids with cooling have been arranged so well, the cooling never overpowers and adds freshness.
I actually could rave all day about this range. There has been a lot of work put into these e-liquids from some clever and talented people!
They are not simply good or even average, the extra touches make them spectacular and I highly recommend them.
In fact these flavours are better than I have got from any disposable vape ever! I am only using a decent pod kit at 16W!
