The Harmony Pure CBD isolate review and this is another way for vapers and none vapers to get the benefits of CBD.
CBD stands for cannabidiol and is what’s left when the active ingredient in the cannabis plant – THC – is removed meaning users do not get the ‘high’.
CBD isolate comes in the form of crystals or powder, and can be used in a variety of ways, including adding to e-liquids – in baking or adding to drinks.
The Harmony Pure CBD isolate is in crystal form and is 99% pure – so the ‘strongest’ dosage of CBD you can get.
Speaking of dosage, as I always say in CBD reviews, the exact amount any one person requires differs and can depend on a number of factors including body size and weight.
There’s a ton of anecdotal evidence out there where users believe it has helped with anxiety – insomnia and in some cases alleviate pain.

What Can We Expect From the Harmony Pure CBD Isolate?
As the name suggests, the Harmony Pure CBD Isolate is about the purest form of cannabidol you can get.
It comes in a tiny little pot weighing in at 12.30 g.
That doesn’t sound a lot, but remember this is 99% pure, so a little will go a long way.
As to how to use it – it can be mixed into your favourite e-liquid, again the dosage is down to you and there’s no hard or fast rule.
However Harmony says mixing the full pot of CBD crystals into e-liquid equates to this:
By dissolving 500mg of Pure CBD Crystals in 20ml e-liquids you will have a ratio of 25mg/ml or 2.5% CBD.
On the other hand, if you get straight 500mg Pure CBD Crystals in 10ml e-liquid bottle, the ratio goes up the 50mg/ml or a ratio of 5% CBD.
Again there’s no exact dosage guide – it’s down to the user, so start with small doses and move up.
Best Ways To Use Harmony Pure CBD Isolate
EcigClick is obviously a vaping website [well spotted me] so I shall be reviewing the Harmony Pure CBD Isolate predominantly by using it within an e-liquid.
In this case I decanted a 10ml bottle of Bramble from the SuperGood Cocktail nic-salt range – more on that in a moment.
I also left maybe a 1/3rd of a teaspoon to use in my last hot drink of the night…again more on that in a wee while.
Other ways to use Harmony Pure CBD Isolate is in baking – sprinkling on food, such as your morning breakfast cereal, or by dabbing a tiny bit and placing it under your tongue, or even by mixing into topical creams.
OK, let’s see how I got on.
Harmony Pure CBD Isolate Mixed Into An E-liquid
I chose the 50:50 VG/PG mix because I’d read somewhere CBD isolates in the crystal form can be hard to dissolve in higher VG strengths.
I noticed immediately the crystals were difficult to dissolve just by shaking the bottle, however by placing the bottle into a mug of warm [not hot!] water they disappeared very quickly.
The beauty is there’s actually no taste of CBD when vaping – however and even as a long time user, I could tell this was a strong dose even for me.
Whilst not feeling over sleepy, I definitely became very calm indeed and knew had I continued, I certainly would have slept like a log!
I’m guessing even for me, the almost full 500mg into a 10ml e-liquid bottle was pretty potent!
As I keep saying – start small and build up!
Mixed Into A Late Night Drink
It’s very rare I have a hot drink at night – the caffeine in tea and coffee keeps me awake – last thing I need!
I used just under a 1/3rd of a teaspoon and added to hot chocolate.
Again there was no after taste or taste of CBD whatsoever – I slept like the proverbial baby…
My usual restless 3 to 4 hours was a solid seven and I woke more refreshed than I have for an age.
Oral – Under the Tongue
I left just enough Harmony Pure CBD Isolate to take orally.
Unlike the previous CBD isolate I’ve reviewed, which was powdered, this time the crystals meant I had to crunch to get them dissolved.
Not really an issue and given they are tasteless not unpleasant either.
What I can say is if vaping and drinking on the Harmony Pure CBD Isolate made me sleepy and calm, taking just a dab orally didn’t.
What it did do was ease the ache in my knee brought about by landing heavily stepping over a country stile – I’m a big chap and not very graceful.
Now, I’m not nor can I say that was down to the CBD isolate, but it was VERY noticeable…

Final Review Verdict
I’ve always had a soft spot for the Harmony CBD products, but as with all my reviews there’s no favouritism…ever.
Being a regular CBD user for quite some time now, I was very surprised by the potency of this 500mg CBD isolate.
I use 1000mg CBD e-liquids daily, however this little pot of CBD isolate seems very powerful indeed.
I obviously used too much in the 10ml e-liquid bottle and even the tiny amount in a hot drink had me in deep dreamland very quickly.
Used under the tongue and my well being went up quite a few notches…
That’s the closest I can come to saying the anecdotal evidence out there is true…
A great way to try CBD as a vaper or none vaper IMHO and a great price too.
Ooo, looks interesting! I’ve never been keen on the terpene taste you get from a lot of CBD, so I may have to try some of this. My MS means I get really bad insomnia and twitchy legs, so might be worth a go.
