The Geekvape H45 (Hero 2) Pod Kit as the name would suggest is the update to the Aegis Hero kit.
A lot of the Aegis kits have had an update including the B100 (Boost Pro V2), M100 (Mini 2), S100 (Solo 2) and L200 (Legend 2).

So to keep up with the other Aegis kits getting a makeover the Hero kit has now been upgraded!
Normally at this point I would make comparisons between the V1 and V2 – however there are so many updates I will just treat this like a new kit!
Firstly the small body holds a 1400mAh battery which is charged via the USB Type C port at up to 2A.
The body is said to be “Tri-proof” which in previous Aegis models meant Water, Shock and Dustproof. However the Geekvape website does not elaborate on what Tri-proof means.
The output is specified as 5-45W and you have Power (Variable Wattage) and Bypass user modes. A Buck Boost system is also included to make sure the power output is reliable and stable.
A colour 0.96in TFT screen displays all of your vaping data at a glance.
The pod fits into the mod and is refillable via the top fill port with either 4ml (standard) or 2ml (TPD) of your own e-liquid.
Thankfully this uses the B Series range of coils which are also found in the Aegis Boost, Boost Plus, Hero, Z Nano and Z50 Kits.
The kit includes the 0.6ohm Mesh and 0.4ohm Mesh B series coils.
The airflow enters the pod at the top and is adjustable. Top airflow generally prevents leaking through the airflow.
