The Freemax Maxpod 3 Kit is the update to the Maxpod – but where did the Maxpod 2 go? Have never seen one!

Freemax have a reputation for flavour and with output such as the Fireluke and Mesh Pro range – few can argue with that!

I will be honest here, I absolutely loved the original Maxpod and I got my hands on a sample of this version at Vape Expo 2022!

This is a simple pod kit designed for MTL (Mouth To Lung) vapers. We tell you all about what this means in our Guide to Vape Styles.

The main device has a 480mAh internal battery and this should charge within 1 hour using the USB Type C port.

There are no buttons or adjustments, this is a simple auto draw kit – so inhale on the mouthpiece and the fire will activate automatically.

Keeping it simple – there is an LED to inform you of device and battery status and that is all!

Your e-liquid lives in the pod (or tank) section which will hold up to 2ml.

Filling wise this has a top fill system which is accessed by removing the mouthpiece. Also this complies with ISO 8317 for being child resistant.

Although the pods are refillable, they are disposable when the coil inside deteriorates over time.

There are 2 resistance options – 0.8ohm Mesh pod (included in kit) or the 1.2ohm Mesh pod available separately.

The pods have the FM SaltCoilTech 4.0 and leak resistant technology.

There are 6 colour options to choose from: Grey, Light Blue, White, Yellow, Orange and Purple.

I have actually briefly tried this device and I was impressed with the performance!
