Today I’ve got my beady eye on a few of the FLUM mi disposable vapes.
FLUM were established back in 2020 with headquarters set up in Greater Manchester, UK working under parent company Flumigo Technology Limited.
Initial intentions were to break into the global vape market this being swiftly achieved with products such as the Float (original claim to fame), Gio and Pebble disposables.
With higher puff counts, E-liquid volumes and nicotine strengths their flavour catalogue proved successful with overseas consumers.
In fact by the end of 2020 FLUM featured as one of the top 3 vaping brands in the US.
As the final quarter of 2022 drew to an end, 38 million disposables had been shifted worldwide.
Not bad at all!
Today FLUM continue to spread their vape wings by selling disposables to over 30 countries around the world.
One of those countries happens to be dear old Blighty. This brings us nicely back round to the TPD compliant FLUM mi disposable vape.
What Can We Expect From the FLUM mi Disposable Vapes?
Not only do FLUM disposables meet the PMTA standards of the FDA but also TPD/TRPR regulations of the TPD in both the UK and EU.
That’s the reason we find their disposables in over 500 vape shops up and down the UK.
So of course the FLUM mi is fully TPD compliant. It has an E-liquid capacity of 2ml, contains 20mg salt nicotine and is capable of anything up to 600 puffs.
If you’re a new vaper, that’s equivalent to smoking 20 cigarettes.
You may also be unaware that salt nicotine provides a smooth inhale, isn’t harsh on the throat and is absorbed into the blood stream swiftly and efficiently.

Blue Razz Lemonade

I Say:
I find myself picking up the citrus notes of the flavour very early on. They join partnership with the sweetness of the vape during inhale.
Directly behind this comes a soothing cool waft, hitting the rear of the throat.
The Lemonade content is quite muted when compared to other disposables. It’s certainly not as harsh or chemical tasting – no bad thing!
In fact the subtlety matches that of the Raspberry. The two flavours happily co-exist, put it that way.
Is this a refreshing enough vape though? I can’t say it is. I would have liked the berry to taste sharper and the Lemonade to have more sparkle.
The Koolada also takes too much of the limelight with Blue Razz Lemonade.
I’ve tasted better renditions.
Kiwi Passion Fruit Guava

I Say:
This one has a pleasant aroma straight out of the box.
And it vapes an absolute dream!
It is indeed bursting with flavour and tastes very tropical. If you’re looking for a Summer drinks based vape, this is it.
The Guava notes are suitably placed further back in the vape, making way for a delightful fusion of Kiwi and Passion Fruit.
It feels like the flavour is heavily influenced by Grapefruit with subtle measures of Orange and Lemon.
The sweetness of the exhale matches that of a marginally acidic after taste so this gives the vape an added depth and dimension.
The Koolada hits quite hard but in this case boosts the overall refreshing appeal of Kiwi Passion Fruit Guava.
Very enjoyable.
Mango Peach Watermelon

I Say:
The aroma is very strong and I’m not over keen on what I’m smelling, to be honest.
But the vape itself isn’t too bad. It’s extremely sweet – maybe too sweet and there’s very little in the way of natural fruitiness.
Out of the three fruits on offer I would have to say the Melon is the strongest. That wretched aroma of Mango doesn’t translate anywhere near as bad, thankfully!
It’s probably the freshest taste out of the three fruits but takes more of a back seat.
The Peach is providing the tangy qualities and there’s plenty of tart like appeal running throughout the exhale.
But sweetness prevails and unfortunately takes up too much attention for my personal liking.
And the Koolada soon starts stinging the throat and invades the lining of the mouth.
Pink Lemonade

I Say:
The sweetness of the vape kicks in from the very first inhale. There’s no escaping that fact. But it’s what I would expect from this flavour profile.
As a consequence I experienced a very fresh, lively and zesty vape. Pink Lemonade is absolutely bursting with enough flavour to compensate for all that extra sweetness.
In other words, the ratio of sweet to flavour is on par.
There’s a slight hint of fizziness too. As usual I could very well be confusing that with the cooling properties of the exhale but regardless it does fool the taste buds in a positive way.
It’s really all about the vibrancy of the Lemonade. There are no pink fruits to speak of. No real hint of strawberry, for example.
Yet with flavour this lively does it matter?
Not to me..
Watermelon Ice

I Say:
Very pleasant.
The inhale is silky smooth with a slow build up of sweetness combined with a caressing chill to the throat.
The exhale delivers a mouth watering Watermelon every time. Admittedly it’s the classic, artificial variety as used with most disposables but it leaves out the sweet and sickly after taste often experienced.
So this Watermelon isn’t over concentrated and neither is the sweetness. There’s a smidgeon of sourness and a tantalising tanginess created in the belly of this vape.
It’s a moreish vape. One I know I’m coming back to again and again.
The Koolada lifts every aspect of this appealing flavour and it’s sure to be a winner come those long, sticky Summer months.
Battery Performance and Number of Puffs
For someone that chain vapes like myself, the FLUM mi range of disposables impresses when it comes to longevity.
I managed 9 hours from the 400mAh integrated battery. The flavour and vapour production held up well and it really did feel like I was receiving a steady 3.5V throughout use.
I’ll put my head on the block and suggest 600 puffs is exactly what you can expect.
If you’re a new or casual vaper, the FLUM mi disposable is going to last anything up to 2 days before needing to be disposed of.
The Blue auto draw LED indicator will flash 10 times when the battery is spent.
Final Review Verdict
I really dig the size, shape and design of these disposables.
Here we have probably one of the most discreet disposables on the market. It’s lightweight, extremely pocket friendly and also an absolute joy to vape on.
The majority of the outer shell has what appears to be an etched, rubberised coating. So the FLUM mi isn’t likely to slip from the hands even under the presence of moisture, for example.
The shape of the mouthpiece screams Mouth To Lung vaping (MTL). Although the appearance has gained a few odd looks among colleagues, it’s highly practical.
I think it’s as comfortable as it gets for mouth to lung vaping.
Speaking of MTL vaping, the FLUM mi is perfect. The airflow restriction is bob on. I never once felt the need to try a restrictive lung hit and I’m a huge fan of that vaping style.
Vapour production is as close to that of cigarette smoke as it gets, evaporating in just the same way and overall flavour quality is great, too.
I’ll close in saying that the FLUM mi range is the perfect jumping on point for anyone trying to quit the cigs in an easy and convenient way.
