The Eleaf FlasQ is a strange looking new release from the vaping giant Eleaf.
Eleaf have been in the vaping game for a long time and have brought us a huge range of devices – from starter kits such as the Iore Prime, to intermediate kits such as the iSolo Air 2 and full on advanced kits such as the iStick Power 2.
More Details On The Eleaf FlasQ
This strange looking device is based upon a hip flask type styling.
There are 2 main components – the Mod (or Battery section) and the Pod (or Tank section).
Looking first at the mod – this has a 1370mAh battery and is charged at up to 1.5A charge rate via the USB type C port.
The output is variable from 1-40W and your data is displayed on an OLED screen, the screen size is not specified.
You can lock the buttons too – so you can safeguard against accidental firing.
The pod fits into the mod and you can only use this pod – no others are compatible.
However this is compatible with the GTL coil range found in other Eleaf kits and you get the 0.4ohm and 0.8ohm GTL coils included.
A clever method to remove the coils is included where you push on the mouthpiece to push the coil out of the pod.
The airflow inlets are at the top of the pod which should help to reduce leaking and a rotating ring allows you to adjust the incoming airflow.
A top fill port is provided to make filling easier.
Here is a tutorial video from the Eleaf YouTube channel.
There are 4 colours to choose from: Bronze, Black, Silver and Dark Blue.
