The Dotmod Dotbox 220W Mod is a new release from a company who knock out some classy vape gear.
Previous releases include the DotAIO SE, Dotbox 75W and the DotSquonk.
What To Expect From The Dotmod Dotbox 220W Mod…
This is an upgrade to the original Dotbox 75W and Dotbox 200W mods.
The first main difference you will notice is the screen. On previous models this was located on the side of the mod and was quite small.
However the 220W version now has a larger screen located on the front of the mod – but sadly the size and type of screen are not specified.
You will need 2×18650 batteries to power the mod and it offers up to 220W output. A USB Type C port is supplied for emergency charging.
As far as I can tell it has Variable Wattage, Bypass and Custom Curve operating modes. The Dotmod website is a bit vague when it comes to details!
The mod body is made from Anodised Aluminium with a centrally located 510 connector sat on the top which can take tanks up to 25mm in diameter without overhang.
Again from what I can see the front and rear covers are removable so you might be able to customise the device further later on.
Here is a brief introduction video from the Dotmod YouTube channel…
There are 4 colours to choose from – Black, Gold, Royal Blue and Red.

I’ve got a gold Dot Box 200W, Michelle. Beautiful contouring around the edges. Decent chip inside too.
It’s no longer in rotation now though as one of the magnets on the battery door came loose. I must’ve purchased it around four years ago. Wow! For the memories.
