Unreal Desserts is the newest edition to the Unreal range of E-Liquids from Oxfordshire based Dispergo Vaping.
Alongside the Unreal range, Dispergo manufacture and sell a wide range of e-liquids, including Jak’d Salt, Jack Rabbit and Rachael Rabbit.
Dispergo Vaping was founded in 2019 by two lifelong friends who were asked by vape shops to create e-liquids for their stores. It grew off the back of the success of the famous Jack Rabbit Desserts range, which started off in 2015 and quickly became a best seller.
Dispergo now work with vape shops all across the UK to provide bespoke e-liquids and brands that are unique to each store.
All of Dispergo Vaping’s e-liquids are manufactured to the highest standards in Oxfordshire using fully TPD compliant ingredients, priding themselves on creativity, independence and uniqueness.
What Can We Expect From The Unreal Desserts Range?
I think the name definitely gives it away, Unreal Desserts is a range of five different dessert-based e-liquids. No surprises there!
They aim to offer simple dessert flavours, expertly blended to offer mouth-watering flavour and plenty of sweetness to satisfy anyone’s sweet tooth.
Butterscotch Cream, Strawberry Double Cream, Vanilla Cheesecake, Banana Toffee and Passionfruit Meringue make up the range! These great sounding flavours are available in 10ml bottles with 5mg, 10mg and 20mg nicotine salt strength with a 50/50 VG/PG mix ratio
They are also available as 100ml short-fills with a 70/30 VG/PG mix ratio and enough room to add two nicotine shots.
Vape Club have very kindly sent all five flavours from the Unreal Desserts range for review, in 10mg nicotine salt strength. As with any e-liquid, taste is subjective, and in my review I will write up my own thoughts on my experiences with each e-liquid.
Your experience may differ, as people have differing palates, preferences on taste and different vaping set ups which can offer a totally different flavour experience.
I have been reviewing a lot of fruit-based e-liquids in disposables recently so I’m really excited to try this range out, as dessert-based e-liquids have always been my preference!
For this review, I have been vaping these both in my Voopoo Drag S2, with a 0.3ohm coil at 35-40W, and in my Voopoo Argus P1s pod system with a 0.7ohm pod.

Butterscotch Cream

Butterscotch Cream is described as being luxurious and the description definitely isn’t wrong there. It is absolutely saturated with dense Butterscotch flavouring, with a thick background note of cream.
The flavours are identifiable from the outset and last from start to finish, with a thick and Buttery mouthfeel afterwards.
After a little while, I did find this a little bit heavy going as its pretty full-on flavour from the get-go. Too much Butterscotch gets a bit sickly for me, but if you like a heavy and thick dessert vape, this one will definitely be for you!
Strawberry Double Cream

We say…
From the very first puff on this, all I could think was ‘wow’! I get lashings of delicious, sweet Strawberry flavouring intertwined with a gorgeous cream.
The Strawberry flavour is absolutely spot on, tasting authentic and mixed with the cream flavouring this leaves me with a similar mouthfeel to having eaten a bowl of Strawberries and cream.
There’s even a sprinkling of sweetness akin to sugar present in the mix and I didn’t find this overpowering at all. Just incredibly moreish.
There’s nothing exceptional about the flavour profile, its straight up Strawberry cream, but with the ratio absolutely bang on the money. It’s one of my favourite flavour profiles and definite all day vape status for me.
This is already one of my favourite Strawberry cream e-liquids of all time. Absolutely incredibly mixed, very well done Dispergo!
Vanilla Cheesecake

I did go through a stage a couple of years ago where the vast majority of what I vaped was Cheesecake based and to this day I’m still partial to a good Cheesecake flavour. And this one from the Unreal Desserts range isn’t just good, it’s absolutely fantastic!
On the inhale there is an amazingly smooth Vanilla flavour combined with a realistic Biscuit base that comes in and tries to steal the show at the end.
This e-liquid really has it all when it comes to delivering a realistic Cheesecake vape. It’s velvety, Vanillary and Biscuity too. I definitely get the same mouth feel that I would find when eating an actual slice (or 5) of Cheesecake.
A special mention has got to go to the way that Dispergo have captured the Biscuit base of an actual Cheesecake perfectly, I almost had to check that my lips didn’t have crumbs on them after vaping this. It’s so realistic it is almost crunchy!
Banana Toffee

We Say…
I’ll preface the start of this review by saying that I’m pretty averse to e-liquids that contain Banana flavouring, it’s a flavour that just really doesn’t do it for me. Especially as I have found that a majority of the ones that I have tried have tasted too artificial.
That being said, this actually really isn’t too bad. People who enjoy Banana e-liquids will get a lot out of this!
The Banana flavouring actually tastes quite authentic rather than artificial. This doesn’t hold back on the Toffee flavouring, which actually takes some of the edge off of the Banana for me.
The Toffee is really well done, adding a thick, gooey sweetness to this e-liquid and like the banana, it tastes pretty authentic too.
My dislike for e-liquids with Banana lost this one a couple of points, but that is down to my own personal flavour preferences! I’m sure there’s plenty of vapers out there that will go Bananas over this one (badum-tsh!).
Passionfruit Meringue

Oh this is just absolutely dripping in exotic and sweet Passionfruit flavour, nestled in a crumbly cloud of Meringue. These two flavours blend perfectly well and I get an exotic dessert vibe from this e-liquid.
It’s a mouth-watering vape that has been mixed perfectly, with tons of Passionfruit flavouring that remains not too overpowering, blended with a Meringue base that isn’t a mere undertone, it shines in its own right in this e-liquid, adding a lovely fluffy sweetness.
Exotic, sweet and flavoursome!
Final Review Verdict
As I mentioned at the beginning of the review, I was really excited to give these e-liquids a try and they definitely did not let me down.
I’ve vaped many a dessert e-liquid in my time and these are up there with the best that I have tried in terms of their quality.
Dispergo genuinely have done a great job with these in my opinion, this is expert e-liquid mixing at its finest. I could really taste the quality and care that has gone into these e-liquids.
And I’m also pleased to report that the flavour experience I got from each e-liquid was pretty spot on to the description provided by Dispergo.
Unreal Desserts handles both high and low power really well, delivering a flavoursome and cloudy vape even with a 50/50 VG/PG ratio. Adjusting the wattage and using different vaping kits will bring out different flavour notes and experiences.
Though if you vape at high wattage, you probably want to go for the Unreal Desserts shortfills, or 5mg nicotine strength in the nicotine salt versions!
I found that these nicotine salt versions of the Unreal Desserts range offer smooth flavour delivery, with no harsh throat hit present even at the 35-40W range. Plus the benefit of a quicker nicotine hit from the nicotine salt as salts are absorbed into the bloodstream quicker than freebase nicotine.
These are also absolutely ideal for use in a pod system.
Although Strawberry Double Cream and Vanilla Cheesecake were my two favourites from this range, I could happily vape all five again, I found them that enjoyable!
