The Dinner Lady CBD e-liquid review plus CBD Boost, two flavours tasted and what exactly is a CBD Boost?
I guess UK based vape juice company Vape Dinner Lady need no introduction.
The company is of course multi-award winning and famous around the world for its flavours – especially the Lemon Tart.
Like many e-liquid manufacturers, Dinner Lady has entered the CBD market.
I recently reviewed the Dinner Lady CBD Oral Drops – used for dripping on your tongue – and I was very impressed with the flavours.
The company has three CBD e-liquid flavours: Lemon Tart – Sweet Fruits and Mint Tobacco – and it’s the last two I’ll be testing.
There’s also the CBD Boost – which I’ll also be trying out and explaining more on how to use it in a wee while.
Plenty Of CBD Strengths To Choose From
There’s also a number of CBD strengths to choose from: 250mg – 500mg – 1000mg and 1500mg.
The strength you choose is down to various factors, including body size – for more details on all things CBD check out my articles:

Disclaimer: CBD stands for Cannabidiol and is derived from the cannabis plant.
However, the active ingredient that gets users ‘high’ is removed in CBD so perfectly safe to use.
Whilst the medical profession is reluctant to accept the potential healing properties of CBD – research is fast coming round to accepting it into the mainstream.
Please contact your doctor if you are at all unsure about using any for of CBD.
OK, the two flavoured CBD e-liquids and bottle of CBD Boost was sent direct from Dinner Lady – thank you – and of course freebies do not sway my thoughts or opinions.
For the taste tests I used the GeekVape Ammit MTL RDA.
Dinner Lady CBD E-liquids: Mint Tobacco 30ml 1500mg
Dinner Lady Says:
Dinner Lady CBD Mint Tobacco Vape e-liquid. Cool and crisp Mint Tobacco is a refreshing flavour when vaping CBD.
I Say:
It might be my mind playing tricks, but I’m getting a strong smell of After Eight chocolate mints from the bottle!
Now that most definitely had my mouth watering – I can eat those by the bloody box full…
My brain might be expecting a chocolatey vape, but that’s not what I’m getting.
Instead you get a real whoosh of cold almost menthol vapour that really does set your taste buds tingling.
It’s not over the top polar ice – but close and it’s only when those tobacco notes arrive things calm down a little.
And that tobacco flavour is very tasty indeed and marries beautifully with the mint.
It really is crisp and very refreshing – very nice.
Dinner Lady CBD E-liquids: Sweet Fruits 30ml 1000mg
Dinner Lady Says:
Dinner Lady CBD Sweet Fruits Vape e-liquid 30ml. A burst of sweet fruit flavours infused with our high quality CBD.
I Say:
No clue as to what fruits are inside…
I’m probably way off, but I’m getting a watermelon – orange and tropical fruit aroma…with an emphasis on the tropical.
What I can say is it really does have multi-layers of smells to it and very pleasant it is too.
That first hit is bloody lovely with a stunning mix of orange and pineapple [where’d that come from!].
It is indeed sweet – but not overpoweringly so – in fact it’s a beautiful balanced fruit blend.
There’s the merest hint of a warmth on the exhale which I assume is the CBD – but definitely not those botanical notes many vapers dislike.
Definitely one for newbies to vaping on CBD.
Dinner Lady CBD Boost: 30ml 1500mg
Dinner Lady Says:
While our range of high quality CBD e-liquids is available in a range of flavours, we have also created a boost bottle to add CBD to your favourite Dinner Lady flavours.
I Say:
OK, CBD Boost is not meant to be used on its own.
It’s exactly what it sounds like – a CBD boost to your preferred flavoured e-liquid.
The Dinner Lady CBD Boost is available in three strengths: 500mg – 1000mg and the 1500mg I received.
Now, there’s no hard and fast rule to how much you add to a bottle of e-liquid.
As a rule of thumb, I’d add 2 to 5mls of the 1500mg strength to a 50ml short fill bottle – up to you if you add nicotine, I don’t.
The lesser the strength, the more I’d add – trial and error is key here…
Mix In A Bottle Or Drops In Your Tank
I found that 5mls into a 50ml short fill gave me plenty of CBD and if I’m honest barely a taste of the botanic I enjoy – so again ideal for newcomers.
This is probably the most cost effective way to get a regular dose of CBD via vaping, as you can add as much, or as little as you require.
I have reviewed another CBD Boost – the CBD Vape Shot.
In that review I suggested dropping a few drops directly into your tank rather than mixing in a full bottle of vape juice.
It really is down to you how much or how little you add, so start small and build up.
The Dinner Lady CBD Boost is almost odourless and maybe a little on the sweet side – so again bare that in mind when mixing.
Dinner Lady CBD E-liquids – Final Review Verdict
As you might expect from an award winning e-liquid company, Dinner Lady has nailed the CBD flavoured vape juice.
The two I tried are blended beautifully and the sometimes harshness of the botanical notes are pretty much non existent – ideal for newcomers.
The Dinner Lady Sweet Fruits CBD is as you might expect a delicious fruit medley that my taste buds suggested was a more tropical base.
The Dinner Lady Mint Tobacco CBD is bloody lovely and perfect for those of you who enjoy refreshing menthol vapes.
All of the flavours are a 50/50 VG and PG mix – so best suited for mouth to lung kits and MTL pod systems, as you can see, I used an MTL RDA.
The Dinner Lady CBD Boost is a good place to start if you’re new to vaping on CBD, and I think it’s the most cost effective.
Speaking of cost, CBD is still relatively expensive in the scheme of things, however the Dinner Lady range of CBD e-liquids are competitively priced and you just know the flavours are going to be good 😉
