Today I want to chat with you all about a great Genesis Style Atomiser that Digiflavor have designed the Fuji GTA Tank Dual Coil Version, let’s find out all about it.
Digiflavor are the sister company of the excellent Geekvape. They have had other successes with devices such as the Drop Solo and the Siren 2 GTA.
The main focus of Digiflavor is on taste rather than vapor, being that they are all flavour chasers!

Design and Build Quality
The first thing that struck me when opening the packaging was the design and placement of the build deck!
It struck me a kind of odd, having the build deck half way up the tank, however, Digiflavor have put a lot of thought into the design.
It looks somewhat different to any of the RTA’s or RDTA’s out on the market today!
You can read the difference between RDA’s, RTA’s, RDTA’s anf DTA’s here.
The build quality is exceptional; the GTA is made from high quality stainless steel, Pyrex glass and Delrin.
Broken down into its 5 various pieces
- Top airflow ring and liquid intake cover
- Juice intake, deck cover and internal top airflow
- Pyrex Glass
- Delrin driptip
- Build deck and bottom airflow
The Deck
On the bottom of the deck you have a gold plated 510 connection pin which is adjustable along with a unique serial number for your GTA.
On the inside you have a two post velocity style terminals.
You will also see that the bottom airflow is handled much like the Tsunami RDA but with shorter tubes.
The tubes are connected to the bottom airflow via the chimney, so basically when you draw in, the air goes in the bottom airflow and up under your coils.
The deck has threads that screw into the deck cover completing the chimney.
The build deck is fairly roomy.
How Does The Digiflavor Fuji GTA Perform?
I found the vapour I experienced from the Digiflavor Fuji GTA to be thick and the flavour was exceptionally rich.
I installed 2 Clapton coils which worked out to 0.19ohms and used the GTA on my Smok Morph 219 at 80 watts I used a favourite liquid of mine, Cheap Thrills Rush Rush Yayo.
Building
The velocity style posts are as all velocity decks a pleasure and very easy to build on this type of deck would be a snap for a new builder to learn to coil on.
Wicking
Now normally I would subscribe to the saying “less cotton is more”.
However, with the Fuji the more vape cotton you use in your coil the better as you have rather large wick spaces to fill on each side of the deck!
I would recommend cutting you cotton just below the deck, and taking care not to snag your cotton when reassembling the GTA.
If you don’t wick this tank correctly you will get some major leaks.
Airflow
The airflow is very swishy with both the top and bottom airflows open almost too much for me!
The Fuji GTA is an ideal direct to lung tank.
Try as I may, I couldn’t get a satisfying mouth to lung hit even closing all airflow’s down to pretty much nothing.
O rings
The O rings do a fabulous job, but you will need to make sure that the O rings are centred properly on each end of the Pyrex tank when assembling the Fuji GTA.
What I Like
I love how easy it is to coil the Fuji GTA the velocity style deck makes coiling a pleasure.
I love the flavour and vapour I get from the GTA its rich, thick and cloudy!
The airflow is very swishy making the Digiflavor Fuji GTA one of my favourite tanks to date.
What I Didn’t Like
I found it very hard to find anything I didn’t like about the Fuji GTA, I will say though, if you don’t use enough cotton to wick your coils you will have leaks with this tank!
I really don’t think the top airflow is necessary I find myself turning the top airflow off to vape unless I need to cool the vaper down at high watts.
Final Review Verdict
I’ve got to say I am delighted with the Digiflavor Fuji GTA.
When I opened the box and saw that they had positioned the build deck half way up the tank I thought this was going to be a lemon!
Yes it has a little niggle where wicking and leaking is concerned but once I had learnt to wick it correctly I had no problem with leaking again.
Would I buy this product again due to loss or damage yes I would.
