The Aspire Atlantis GT is a new Sub Ohm Tank resurrecting a familiar name!
The original Aspire Atlantis range began in 2015 with the Atlantis Tank and updates included the Atlantis 2, Atlantis Mega and Atlantis Evo.
What To Expect From The Aspire Atlantis GT Sub Ohm Tank…
This is another design collaboration between Aspire and Taifun who both created the Nautilus GT Mini.
Obviously Sub tank design has changed a lot since 2015 so does the Atlantis GT keep up to date with current innovations?
Although the Atlantis name is already familiar this does use a new range of coils. These are called the “Atlantis SE” and come in 0.35ohm, 0.3ohm and 0.18ohm versions. You get the 0.3ohm and 0.18ohm in the kit.
This is designed for DTL (Direct to Lung) vapers – we tell you what this term means in our Guide To Vape Styles.
The base of the tank is replaceable – you even get a spare included in the kit.
The reason for this is that each base has different size air inlet holes – this helps to tailor the airflow to your preference. You can choose from 1mm, 1.5mm and 1.2mm diameter airflow inlets.
Also you can rotate the ring on the base to adjust the incoming airflow further.
A great design feature is the tank glass and the shield. Both are replaceable and the shield should help protect the tank glass from damage.
Rotating the top cap will open the fill port at the side to allow easy filling. In standard form this will hold up to 4ml of e-liquid. For TPD regulated areas this is reduced to 2ml.
There are 4 colours to choose from: Blue, Stainless Steel, Gunmetal and Black.
